    ****** does towing and impoundment for businesses in ********. My son recently mis-parked my small car (a ***** Fit) for a couple hours; ****** towed it 5 km to their yard and "stored" it about 12 hours. For this they charged him $367. The driver explained that the fee does not go to the apartment complex where my son was parked (so they profit only by the policing of their lot). So ****** apparently pockets the whole fee: $367 for hauling a small car about 3 miles, which would take about 20 minutes. And it's impounded, so the driver has to pay whatever you ask. Nice work if you can get it.

    Mr ***** son parked his car in someones paid parking spot July 25th 2025 at 7 pm. Directly in front of the tennants only only sign .The apartment complex had his vehicle removed after contacting Police under Bylaw ****** Mr ***** son made arrangements twice To pick up the vehicle at 830 am July 26th , and again at 11 30 am. Never showing ***** ***** showed up finally mid afternoon July 26th to retrieve the vehicle .His charges were Tow and Dollies -$250 first day until midnight is included .Storage -$75 HST $42.25 These rates are less than 50% of the provincial average and **** than fair. Unfortunately Mr ***** Doesn't think a $230 k truck, plus insurance and Driver should charge of this much for our services. ***** regulates pricing for the industry ,and we are currently 25% of maximum allowable rates. (Verifify through ***** website)If it was a stretch for him to pay we are more than fair and can always work out a payment plan.Taking responsibility for your actions in not parking in someones parking spot that they pay for should be priority. But rather blame someone else for it.
