    I paid ****** 750 dollars to plough my driveway and clear my sidewalks (not once did he clear my sidewalks) for the 2023/2024 winter season starting in December and ending in April. The first time it snowed in January he did not show up until a day later and only ploughed a potion of the driveway. I texted him and his driver came back and did an ok job. I still wasn't happy but he came at least. The next time it snowed he was late and I had to text him to see if he was coming. I asked him to call me but he did not get back to me. The next time it was slushy and I texted him to see if he was coming to clear my driveway before it got really cold and he said yes. He did not come and my driveway was a mess. During this whole time I was asking for a refund as I was not happy with the services. He came 3 times and all 3 times I was unhappy with the quality and the times he came. All 3 times happened in the span of a week and I asked him not to return and provide a refund for inadequate services. I had to purchase 5 bags or salt and it took me a whole weekend to clear my driveway. I gave him 5 business days to provide a refund and he said that he will not give me a refund as my contact does not state that he removes slush only snow. No where in the contract does it state this and it is assumed that all winter weather will be cleared during the contract timeframe.
