    I participate in the pre-paid Priority Plan. Fourth time Fireplaces Unlimited has performed the annual fireplace clean and inspection. Our service technician was ******* again and we couldn't be happier - he is thorough, efficient, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and even tolerates our rambunctious dog! As always, we feel safe and ready for our next wood-burning season knowing ******* has us cleared and good to go.

    Fireplaces Unlimited Kingston recently installed a ************** wood burning insert for us and we couldn't be happier with the unit, the excellent sales and service support and the very competitive pricing. ******* and **** and the entire team were amazing, and we couldn't be happier with the entire process.

    We had our fireplace installed in Jan 2023, and recently had our one-year checkup. Fireplaces Unlimited provides amazing professional and friendly customer services. ***** did a great job servicing the unit and taking the time to explain additional features of the remote. I highly recommend ***** and Fireplaces Unlimited!

    ******* and ******* came last week for our annual maintenance and sweep of our wood pellet stove. They were very friendly and professional, as always. **** at the office was on top of things, contacting me early in the year to avoid wait times and remind me of the required service for the warranty. I was given a very reasonable time frame of their arrival so I didn't have to waste my day inside waiting. 5 star company

    I have an older model fireplace and no local businesses from which there is a pool of experience and parts. The last local team I had in here a couple of years ago left the parts and said they could fix it. I did it myself. I was not happy. Fireplaces unlimited sent a technician who knew exactly how everything worked and fit together and was a great conversationalist and explained everything as he was fixing things. I cannot recommend this company enough.

    ***** showed up at 12:30. Was finished around 1:20. Did what we requested. Gas fireplace looks like the day it was installed. Explained in detail any questions that I had. Left everything nice and tidy. I signed up for the 3 year plan which he 3xplained to me in detail.

    We have dealt with Fireplaces Unlimited for over ********************************************************* a professional, yet friendly manner. When we did have a minor fault they responded within 24 hours and had us up running within an hour. Whichever crew has attended our home they have courteous and proved knowledgeable not only about the model of pellet stove, but also the history of service calls. We thoroughly recommend this company.
