  1.Lack of listening to the clients specific requests for low-cost design plan.2.Delay in submitting the building permit, even though the landlord and contractor suggested he do it early to avoid delays causing a 2-month opening delay/revenue delay.Lack of clarity regarding costs and breakdowns. I was initial told the budget would be between ****K but I was invoiced and paid 21K (these can be provided)2/23 I honestly thought you had hired us. It is your call if you wish to use us.Budget: it should not be that much anyways. You would probably be looking into 7 to 10 k depending on meetings and changes. Take care Tiago3.Billing me for renderings, which I specifically asked him not to do because of the cost, then doing them anyway and embedding the costs, sending them to me without clear approval of the price.4.Sending threatening and offensive emails when I offered private feedback.5.Sending threatening and offensive emails to my contractor, who was working with me to cut down costs.6.Sending threatening texts and emails to me regarding not approving plans if I didnt pay the mechanical engineer, who was a separate contract and had no bearing on my payments with Asterisk which would hinder my opening.7.Not agreeing to have his architect stamp the required drawings for the fire department to be able to approve my liquor ***************** another invoice which included drawing changes that I was not aware of, and $700 in charges for inspections.

  Firtly: this is the firat message I get about this. Please ask ********************* to get a hold of my lawyer *********************** at ***************************** in ********. We will proceed with such discussions. Unfounded complaints. ********************* new the costs associated with all.  Building permits issuing are out of control of Asterisk Engineering.  My staff is a proof of her emails to me.

  I am rejecting this response because:  I attached numerous emails to support the complaint.  This is certainly not the first time **************** has heard of this.  Please review the emails I attached in my initial complaint.  In addition, The **************, *******************************, Invest ******** & my mentor are all aware of the inappropriate behaviour from **************** specifically as they were often cc or bcc in the back and forth correspondence.  In fact, due to his unprofessional and unethical behaviour.  I don't even want anything from them/him, just a record of the complaint.  He's not a nice person and I'm certain others have had issues but didn't want to make a complaint.  Unless of course if it's due to me being a woman of colour and it's his unconscious bias in his dealings specifically with me.
