    My son completed the drivers ed ******* last spring and recently received his drivers license. Ive called the centre and sent emails requesting a copy of the certificate and there has been no response. I can not get him insured without this. To compound the problem, we are moving out of town and he will need to drive to get to work.

    I register to get some online-driving ****** and after some in-car ****** with an intructor by the compagny, all of the services was part of a packages you could buy for 900$. i wasen't able to complete all the hours require in the one years spam so i payed an extra 200$ to have an extra years extentions. i was able to complete most of it but when it came to do the in-car driving ****** the issues started, first they were trying to reach out by text over the house line when it clearly mention the primary phone number is my personnal phone number, and i never got any thing on that phone number. once they were able to finally reach me my assign instructorn got hurt and couldn't follow with her job. After a couple of weeks i finally receve an other assigne instuctor and was able to start doing some ******. Before the christmas break we plan the date to continue the ****** and finish them as soon as possible, i had 6 out of 10 done. The day of the plan ****** coming back from christmas i was present to the pick up location and the driver never show up. At this point, i didnt have acess to contact the driver since he wasen't giving out his phone number to client. he wa the one contacting us. After a week or two of him not having any contact from him, i send out an email to the compagny to see if the driv multiple time to see if the driver could reach out to continue the ****** and i never got any answer back after multiple email. Also the compagny disactivated there phone line the there offices in town is always closed. Email is now the only way to reach out to them but they don't anwser. They never finish the services that i pay for and would like a refound or the services been complete without asking for more compensation.

    The student in question was unable to complete the online course in the one year time prior that MTO gives them, she got about 65% through when the time lapsed. As per MTO we are not required to provide anything further to the students. We do understand that at your own pace courses can be tough especially if there are other things going on, so we allow students to restart the course at a small cost of $150. We offered this to her and she completed the online course in 6 months. The instructor was given the home number in error and once the office was made aware of this they gave the student's number to the instructor. The instructor did have some personal things come up but also the student is no longer in ******** is going to school in ******. This limits the amount of time an instructor can see her and that particular instructor knew she could not accommodate that and passed her back to the office in order for her to finish all her lessons. We were made aware of a new phone number and a missed ******* the office passed along the number to the instructor.

    While we do understand the frustration and we are not perfect and mistakes can always happen, it needs to be acknowledge that the time constraints where not of our making. We do understand that life gets busy and an at your own pace course is hard to keep up with because it feels like there is such a long time period but it can sneak up on you because you have to do the online course and the ten hours of driving. We want the student to finish the course, and are willing to work with her.

    Access driving school has no functioning phone number, email is the only method of communication. Responses are not answered promptly, taking over 2 business days, their reply did not address the issue brought forward. They nearly quoted their website. This did not address the problem. The website advertises a student pickup zone that driving instructors would be able to pick up students. We purchased their services based on the fact that they would pick up our son where he is living, within the zone, and obviously who does not drive. His address is within the zone advertised on their website. The driving instructor is not willing to pick him up at his address. When reaching out to the driver about this issue, they simply replied that she thought that the office had addressed this issue (still not willing to pick my son) and that my son had to make other arrangements to be picked up at a closer location. Since then the driver instructor is not answering phone calls. We paid north of 800 dollars for this. We are absolutely not recommending this company. This driver instructor's unwilliness is causing undue anxiety for my son. And we are now concerned about future hostility and lack of patience if our son gets his one on one lessons with this driver.
