    The business is charging more for items than the sticker prices listed. Has happened many times at circle k that are run by new Canadians. Lying about prices and charging more at the till. This is not accidental. Its theft. Sticker price was $11.49. Charged me $12.29 at the till. Noticed on receipt.

    We appreciate you reaching out regarding the customers concern about the price discrepancy at our store.


    At our establishment, pricing updates occur biweekly, and while we make every effort to ensure that shelf prices are updated accordingly, occasional human errors can happen. We sincerely apologize if this led to any confusion for the customer. Our policy is that if a customer notices a discrepancy between the shelf price and the scanned price, they are encouraged to bring it to our attention at the time of purchase. In such cases, we always honor the displayed price.


    In this particular instance, had the customer informed us at the checkout, we would have promptly adjusted the price to match the shelf tag. We value transparency and fairness in all transactions, and it is never our intention to overcharge any customer.

    In this particular case if the Customer wants he can visit the store and we can Refund the $1 back without any problem.



    Additionally, while we take all feedback seriously, we were deeply disappointed by certain remarks made by the customer, which were unnecessary and uncalled for. We are committed to providing excellent customer service to everyone, and we maintain a welcoming and respectful environment for all.


    Once again, we regret the misunderstanding and appreciate the opportunity to clarify our pricing policy. Please let us know if further information is required.
