    Tempered Solutions Plus Inc. is unreliable and unprofessional. My spouse ***************** met with owner ************ of Tempered Solutions Plus Inc. regarding new windows in early April 2023 and gave him a deposit of $4,640.00. May 9th Cheque cashed. It is late October and the job has not started. Stated he would start Sept. 25, Oct. 3, 16, 17 & 19th. Never showed up and never called. We have to constantly call him and on the periodic time he does return calls we are given a litany of his personal problems. On or about Oct. 17/18th I terminated the contract via email requesting the return of the deposit. He responded with a long email saying he would make it right saying he would show up the following day on the 19th. I waited all day and no call. We spoke with our lawyer who advised us to get a signed start and completion date contract. When presented with this request Mr. ***** became very hostile, antagonistic and refused saying Excuse me. He sent me an email calling me Rude and Twisting his words. I again sent him a contract termination via email and informing him I would be contacting your office. I find this personal attack threatening. I am a senior woman and I dont feel safe now with Mr. ***** and dont want him in my home due to his unreliability and inappropriate behaviour. Now it is late October and I dont want him to start a large window project because winter is coming and based on his prior behaviour and lack of accountability I dont trust that he will not leave gaping holes in the house structure and show up if and when he feels like it. I have included emails, receipts, mobile texts.
