On various internet ads, Kanata Property Management gives different addresses as their business operating address. Some of these addresses are for the properties they rent out, some are locations of storage units, and one was for a restaurant in Ottawa that says they have never heard of Kanata Property Management. The address listed for Kanata Property Management on this review is the address given on the company's website, which is a post office box in a pharmacy.
The company also uses numerous phone numbers in their internet advertising. When dialed, there is either no answer, or it goes to a voicemail which makes no mention of the company name.
There is no company called "Kanata Property Management" registered with the government of Ontario, which is required by law.
