    I booked a party bus at the beginning of May with Pristine Limo for a bachelorette party June 28. I submitted a request online and was contested by Amano by phone call. I was told June 28 was very popular so I went ahead a booked. I was advised my card would be charges $395 now, the rest 24 hours before. I had asked for a record of the agreement, which ***** would only send through text, which is not official and I could not share it with the rest of the group, his hesitance to send an email with something more official made me weary, as I realized I had not even received a receipt the the $395 I was charged. I again reached out asking for a record of the transaction and an invoice to ensure the details are correct. Amano needed me to repeat the agreement, which again concerned me that this might be a scam, so I pushed to get the documents I requested. Amano then called me, very angry, yelling at me over the phone saying he will cancel as Im way too diffcult. I didnt not think asking for s receipt was unreasonable, and really should be normal business practice. Amano is not saying he cannot process a refund right away, which is again concerning. I would like to ensure I get my money back, and I would also like a letter from the company apologizing for how I was yelled at over the phone.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I was called and yelled at by Amano of Pristine Limousine, simply for asking for a receipt for a charge to my credit card. The way Amano screamed over the phone was extremely aggressive and distressing, and has made me feel unsafe, as this individual has our address/knows where I live. I need a written apology for this interaction and confirmation that all of our personal information (name, address of pick up, email etc) are deleted from their system.

    I am also hoping there can be a warning about this to other potential customers by ********************, as I dont think any one else should go through this experience or work with this company without knowing who they are really dealing with.
