My last scheduled payment of $380 on April 9th was withdrawn from my bank account as planned. On April 11th, iCash reached out to tell me that the bank informed them the payment was "insufficient funds." I immediately sent them a screenshot showing that the payment had gone through successfully, but they insisted that I still owed the amount, plus NSF charges and interest. I called my bank. They told me that the payment was processed successfully and that there was no "insufficient funds" issue. They said I should have iCash contact them directly as the merchant to confirm the payment, as they have all the necessary information. When I told iCash this, they refused to reach out to the bank for verification.iCash went into my account again, without my permission and withdrew the $380 a second time. I called my bank again, hoping they could help reverse the transaction, but they told me that theres nothing they can do. The funds have been received twice by iCash, and theyre the ones who need to refund me the second payment. However today (April 16th), iCash is saying that they have not received either of the two payment despite it clearly showing in my account that it has been withdrawn twice. iCash keeps asking for a bank statement screenshot that shows the balance after the withdrawal however it is not listed like this with PC Financial. I provided them what is available and if they use some common sense they will see that there was bill payments done on the 11th therefore there was money in the account.I am appalled by the way iCash is handling this, especially as I have been a customer since 2024 and never missed a payment. I am demanding the extra $380 they withdrew to be returned to me.Can you please assist. My only means of contacting iCash is by email as there is no phone number and via email they are not helpful. Attempting to make a iCash loan, it says on their disclaimer and a few times during the loan application process that they absolutely do not share or sell any customer information. They are the only company I applied at and since then I have been inundated with text messages, phone calls and emails from all sort of companies wanting to "help" me.Business Response

I'm sorry, priory to sending my response I was not able to attach any documentation or a reason for my response to the complaint.
Response:
I ONLY applied at iCash for a loan, after filling out all of their required information, I was and continue to be inundated with other credit or loan companies asking me to use their service or to take advantage of whatever sales deals they are doing at the time. However, it could be possible that it was not iCash, as after reviewing it further. When applying it emails or directs you to a site with a list of agencies that may be able to offer you either a debt program or a loan. Perhaps iCash did not give away my information but refer me to other organizations and upon clicking on those links the information was indirectly shared across platform. I guess I cannot indubitably prove that iCash was the ones responsible to this leak of personal information. It may of been the first and only company that I clicked on to see what the information offered was about which is Spring Financial. Which I have researched that they "may" give out information etc etc. So I do apologize, for the ignorant response and retaliation of icash as I did not research prior. Thank you very much for your prompt attention to this matter both the BBB and iCash. I suppose after 5 days of relaying information to iCash and all the confusion and other documents that they requested, I found it ironic that after I made the complain to your company (BBB) they finally approved the same loan of $300 without further hesitation or the further documentations they required.

I loaned $1500 from this company and did not receive my funds , the company states I did , but I did not , I have gone to my bank they have provided me with two months of my banking , proving that I have not received the funds , my bank said that they could get ahold of the bank they deal with and have these funds traced but I cant seem to get anywhere with them they just keep saying the money was accepted , I have opened up an investigation with my bank but they dont really have much to go off of as I never received the funds so nothing traces to my account, they stated that the company I loaned from needs to get ahold of ******* they bank with and get it sorted on their end , I can only get ahold of the company through email so it makes it very difficult , I would like to cancel this loan I dont want to reloan the money if that becomes an option and the money is traced I just want to be done with this company I have since shut down my email and closed my bank account as I dont know if my email or banking was jeopardized as none of this makes sense to me ,Business Response

My account has been on hold due to an unauthourized with drawal from a ************* named iCash for ****** Sept 27 (my company payday) 2024. The initial withdrawal was returned to my account due to fraud investigation. The ********** *** agreed I needed to change accounts (Oct 11) I withdrew ****** from my account to pay bills etc and acct was immediately put back on lock down. I told the *** I would be in after long weekend and on Oct 12 (payday) ****** was again withdrawn from Loans icash I have not received monies from this company into my bank, no credit check, I never applied. To proceed with the client's fraud claim, we required either a police report or a file number associated with the incident. We advised the client that until we receive the necessary documents, their claim remains incomplete and invalid, and they are still responsible for the loan and/or fees that may apply at this time. We have only recently received the required information in the rejection of this complaint, which is why the fraud claim was previously rejected. The company claims to be 24/7 and yet as a customer I've spent days trying to reach them. They have no contact number to speak to anyone it's all simply rely on an AI operated email and text system to prioritize you. The company has been using false advertising to get customers while locking them in and immediately changing the offerings and not ever being available to the customers like they claim. I spoke directly with a "collection agent" to have my documents accepted and they still have not been finished. They give time frames that are nothing but a lie and claim it's because they are busy but the lie of being available 24/7 directly contradicts that.Business Response
