  I was promised a ***** loan and had my bank account frozen because of them and they insisted on me purchasing Apple Gift Cards which I never gotten my money back for it. They owe me 600 dollars. I have texted them several times and they never gave me my money back via courier. I am on OW and can't afford to be purchasing Apple Gift Cards just to get a loan off them. I want my money back!

  I made a payment early and then they took it again and I have been trying to get it back..They refused and told me it's the bank .. I'm so upset about this.. I am being punished for being a reliable customer and paying them on time.

  We empathize with the difficult situation the customer ended up in, but in this case customer paid by e-transfer and did not notify us early enough to be able to stop the scheduled payment as required in the loan agreement signed. We are very transparent about our procedures, but at the same time as we strive to provide excellent customer support we did as an exception provide the customer with the resolution.

  Hi my name is **** and ** on odsp and Icash has been untruthful and deceptive about there policy for repayment and yesterday they pre approved my loan and now they are saying that they have to (by law) make customers wait for 4 day period for reapply and wait time yesterday was atrocious and they were doing first come first serve type mentality

  Terrible, especially if you're a senior or On any other type of fixed income. Have hidden rules, where they can take your payment from your bank account before the agreed upon due date. Cost me $45.00 and a ******************* on my bank account, because the amount I owed to them was taken out 6 days earlier than I was led to believe. Those of us who get cpp are paid once a month, always on the 27, 28, or 29th. of the month. Loan agreements are drawn up for those dates for repayment. December , is the only exception, where cpp is paid around the 20th of December. Other payday loan companies take this into account when taking out payments and in December, still take payments out On 27th or 28th of the month. Clash does not do this and clash has no phone customer service agents. Unless you go through a special online process in which you may get a call within 2 or 3 days. In my case from a person who spoke too fast and was difficult to understand and was absolutely, no help. I had a spottless record with Icash and they weren't in any way interested in resolving my complaint. My advice; stay clear of these people. If you have to use a payday loan service, go to one who has stores and online service and has customer service agents that will speak with you right away. icash has always been **** with customer service issues. I complained earlier on to them about not being able to talk to a customer service rep. in person and they gave all kinds of excuses. I should've listened to my gut, then. They cannot be trusted.

  I had to go to the dentist urgently, iCash helped me pay for it out of pocket. I don't understand those bad reviews as my experience was very good.

  icash are unprofessional and unethical. I had an extraordinarily frustrating time with them that took hours and hours and hours of dealing with customer service. I left a review here on ******************** but I responded to you later so they took it down I was unhappy with the response from my icash. Do you not alone with them you'll be extraordinarily frustrated and disappointed. They are bad people and a bad company.

  Please read this before dealing with ICASH. I would highly recommend never dealing with this company. They use to be good, but something has happened in the last couple of months and now they have horrible customer service and in my opinion are very unethical. I feel embarrassed that after 2 major errors on their behalf on 2 successive loans that I accepted their apology and their resolution and took down my previous rating here. I took their word that they would work harder to improve. Big mistake on my part. What they just did to me shows how horrible this company is. I'll post more later but here's the gist.I arranged to pay off my whole loan early so I could renew with a smaller amount, the goal being to soon be done with ICash. I sent them the etransfer and was told I could submit the renewal at *****am. This is last Thursday, the Thursday before a long weekend. Fairly quickly i get the approval but for a much lower amount than usual. I responded by saying i wouldn't do that loan and I hoped that they could give me the loan I wanted. They took quite some time to get back but at ****pm i get this response:"Upon checking on your account, we will be able to modify the approved loan amount to your requested amount."So i waited for the new contract to sign and didn't hear back for awhile. Then they said that I had messed up and started a new application, I said that I didn't and they replied saying they'd fix it and get back to me. I said there is urgency here since its a long weekend and if im not funded that afternoon I'd be in big trouble.At **** they finally got back again and said they would not offer me a loan. I was shocked and demanded an answer as to why. Took over an hour and the response was things in my finances. So i went from being approved for a small amount, to being approved for the amount I wanted,to being declined. Sorry but nothing in my finances changed in one afternoon This is an awful company, pick any other lender
