    In may of 2024, I hired Leocon to come and fill in my pool. The pool was not salvable. They, said they would back fill put stone and other materials in cover with soil and lay sod down. They knocked the pool in, but then changed the fil in to just sand. I have has nothing but issues since. After the first sink hole when another contractor fell through, the concern was non existent. would not come and see the issue until after the weekend ( I am trying to sell my house and has a showing that day). He can filled it in, and gave a guarantee for the work. 2 days later 2 of my family members went through the ground. Then another week a third. My feed back from showings is the problem with the back yard. This is literally stopping my house from selling. His response to that was just to stay off the grass, when I was trying to get an update as to when this could be dealt with. It is preventing y other contractors from finishing their work as well. He is angry with us because he spent money out of his pocket for the fill ( using only sand cost more), and all the repairs is out of his pocket. In the contract we signed it does state all changes made would be discussed with the client, they were not.There is also no break down of material cost just an overhead. I understand he gave us a discount. At this that discount has already cost us ***** in price drop to sell the house. I am minus to weeks to moving (military) and my house has not sold, nor do I have any information when this issue will be resolved.
