      Good Afternoon.
I purchased a car from this dealership Sept 2023. There were so many issues with this car from the day I drove it off the lot. I tried contacting the dealership (Sam) with no help at all. Even my mechanic indicated they were shocked how many issues I had so soon given that this car apparently passed the safety inspection. I was told to email Sam with my concerns and I emailed 3 times with no response. I had to trade in this car because it was so unsafe to drive. I traded it into a *** dealership and low and behold they gave zero dollars towards the trade in because they said this car was so much in rough shape that it had no value. I had it for just under a year. What a waste of money that was. I DO NOT recommend this business to anyone!

I would like to provide a detailed clarification regarding Mr. *******’ vehicle purchase from our dealership in August 2023.
Shortly after the purchase, Mr. ******* contacted us about an issue with the car key. We promptly arranged with a key shop to have the key replaced for him, and we have the invoice from the key shop on file to confirm this.
In December 2023, Mr. ******* reached out again, stating that he was experiencing an issue with his car and had taken it to a mechanic for inspection. We advised him not to proceed with any repairs on his own and provided two options: he could either bring the car back to the mechanic shop that had originally serviced and satisfied the vehicle, or he could proceed with repairs under the 48-month third-party warranty included with his purchase.
He responded via text message, indicating that he would let us know how he wished to proceed. However, we did not hear back from him until five months later, when his mother reached out, expressing concern that we had taken advantage of her son. She mentioned that he was given only one key and had experienced issues with the car.
I explained to her that since December, Mr. ******* had not contacted us regarding any further issues. All communication between Mr. ******* and our dealership has been through text messages, which we are happy to provide as proof of our transparency and willingness to assist.
If Mr. ******* is interested in selling the car, we are more than willing to purchase it back at the current market price. We stand behind the quality of our vehicles
We take pride in our customer service and are always ready to resolve any concerns in a fair and timely manner.

As the customer, I would like to clarify a few items. I do not believe they stand behind the quality of their vehicles and take pride in their customer service. The day I went to pick up my vehicle, Sam had zero time for me. If you know you have a customer coming to close the deal, you should set time in your calendar to focus on that customer only - not 5 other customers and rushing through my final papers with no time for questions. He didn't even walk me out to the car with me and shake my hand thanking me for my business. As for the key, Sam did not PROMPTLY address this issue. There were multiple back and forths and actually at first he said this car only comes with one key and said he couldn't do any more for me. I had to have my aunt call him more than once pleading for help and finally he agreed to pay for HALF of the key purchase - not the whole key price. To the last day that I had that car, the key fab was still not working properly. The *** dealership who fixed it said there's nothing more they can do and Sam washed his hands from that point. There were text messages and phone calls. During the phone calls - every time I expressed my safety concerns of the vehicle and told him what was wrong, he said that's not warranty and it's normal wear and tear. How does wear and tear happen so quickly after I drive the car off the lot. Months after I purchased that car I had issues. The mechanic who looked at my car even said how they were surprised this vehicle had so much wrong with it so fast considering it just passed safety. I tried reaching out to Sam but with no help so I just gave up and said to myself "I just wasted $15,000 of my money. Funny how now **** * ** ****** * ********* he decides to offer to buy back the car at market value. I had to trade this car in b/c it was so unsafe to drive. This was a *** vehicle. I traded it into a *** dealership who gave me nothing for the car b/c that's how bad it was. I wonder what Sam would consider the market value of this car that I had for barely 12 months. It's not like I had it for years and stuff starting breaking down. ** ** *** ***** ** ** *** ****** **** **** ********* ** *** *** * **** * *** ***** ***** ********* **. The day I went to "VIEW" the car I felt very peer pressured by this salesman and the next thing I knew I was signing papers. ******* ***** ** **** * *** * ***** *** **** ** ***** **********. Sam advised me to take it to his mechanic but at the same time told me all the problems I was having were not going to be covered so what was the point of taking it to his mechanic? I will never shop at this place of business *** * ****** ** ***** ** ********** ** **** ****** ****** ** ***** ** **** ***** ** ***** The customer service alone is extremely poor.
