    Although I was waiting for a white hard top (order # *****) for more than 2 years the Bay King dealership owner Jamie R. informed me that my order is not available anymore and only the black hard top is available. As a customer was not a pleasant experience but I had to cut my needs and choose what was available. The worst experience I had On December 19, 2023, the hard top was installed at the same dealership and after I paid for the installation I noticed multiple window damages/broken side panel/permanent stains and scratches ** *** ** **** ** *** ******** ********* On December 18, 2023 I was told by the Service Manager Doug S. that I have to pay for the hard top installation $750 (5 hours of labor). I was overcharged and I paid for 10 hours of labor a total of $1694.44 I called several Jeep dealerships in Ontario and I was told that the price to install a hard top is around $500. Not only I was overcharged and I paid $1000 more that other Jeep dealerships but the hard top side window is damaged an interior panel is broken, in addition inside the car are multiple permanent stains and scratches. On December 19, 2023 I spoke/showed to the owner Jamie R. the multiple damages on my hard top because of the installation. Furthermore I asked the owner to adjust my payment. The owner Jamie R. told me that everything done by his dealership is to teach me a lesson.

    This is the first time I have ever felt the need to write a review on a company. I typically reward good businesses with gratuities and or referrals. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had. I am a 4 x Purchaser of Chrysler vehicles. I purchase or lease brand new each time. This is my only and my last experience with Bay King Motors / Bay King Chrysler. I was tricked into leasing a **** with the promise of rebates that I was eligible to receive if I leased this, ****-*********. I was told I would be receiving an email link for the rebate, following the signed lease agreement. I left satisfied and looked forward to picking up the New ****. When the email links were received, I contacted The Sales and Leasing Consultant Derrick L. as the email indicated the rebate had to be applied at the point of sale by the dealership. Derrick assured me various times I was eligible and that he knew several customers personally who successfully received the rebate on their own-**********. After more investigation on my part Derrick indicated, he would speak to HR and contact me with the method to apply for this rebate on my own-*********. Derrick than communicated to me via email that my accountant would need to apply for this credit when I file my taxes for the 2022 taxation year-**********. When Derrick was asked to provide the information for the rebate through my taxes, he indicated he would send them right away-*********. What I received from Derrick was an email stating that after some more digging around I was not eligible for a rebate at all because the price point of the **** was too high and didn't meet the eligibility requirements. To add further insult to injury when I went to pick up my trade in cheque, they deducted an extra $500 for some charges they said they forgot to charge me for. The New Car Sales Manager John I was supposed to meet with ended up calling the police on me and I had to leave or be charged with trespassing ***************************
