    Had a person from the business come out to fix my screen door handle. I bought the new handle and parts all the person had to do was install. The bottom screw didn’t fit properly he fixed the best he could only 10-15 min.
    The handle was loose and kept locking us out of the house. I called them right away and the gentleman who did the work was on holidays down south. They said there was no one else to fix the problem. He was supposed to call me when he got back which he didn’t. I called again to tell them I had to get another locksmith to fix his work. Almost identical price. They will not give me a refund and I sent them the other bill from the other locksmith. I had to pay twice for a job that wasn’t done right in the first place. * ** * **** ****** *** **** ***** **** ** ** ***** ********* *** I will escalate this further, next consumer affairs.
