    In October 2024 I paid a total of $210.00 in deposit for installation of two window wells, some sod work and beetle spray to be done. It is well past 30 days of the agreement date and the work was never completed. i have contacted Harbor Front numerous times and have never been able to reach them again.

    Nov 13/24 $800.00 paid to Harbourfront Lanscaping & Snow Removal to clear my snow

    This year ****'s cell was no longer active so I left a message on ********.

    **** called to tell me it was a different company doing the snow removal this year.

    She said they only accept e-transfers as payment. She was actually a little rude when I asked her about any alternate options, because I wasn't set up to do e-transfers.

    A little later I called back because their quote was more reasonable than others I had rec'd and was about the same as ***** charged me in previous years.

    I explained that I need to have it done EVERY time it snows. This is when I found out that **** was working for them because he came on the phone to talk to me. They would do it for an extra $200.00.

    So I contacted my bank & set up e-transfer, then called **** back and I made the payment.

    They have NEVER been to my property.

    I have called them several times and also left ******* messages asking them to come and clear my snow.

    **** told me it was done 2×, plowed once and shovelled once. She told me she had pictures, but never sent them to me. I asked 3-4 times.

    On Dec 26 **** messaged me on ** that he was no longer working with them because he had been fired.

    I continued to message ****, but I told her that * ******* * *** ***** ******* *** **** I wanted a refund. I've asked her 2× for a refund and she did not reply to me on ********.

    Dec 30 I contacted my bank to request a reversal of the e-transfer. ***** ***** **** ** ******* ** ** **** *** **** **** **** **** ** ** ****** ******** **** *** ***** **** ** ******** ** *** ** *** ** **** **** ** **** ******* ************* **** ******** *** *** ****** ** * ****** **** **** *** ****** **** ***** ***  Please help me with this.
