    I attended Trios college in 2023. My tuition was covered by OSAP. I was injured physically and had to withdraw from the program. I then received an invoice from Trios, indicating I owed tuition and a random fee. I had OSAP coverage for everything so this did not make sense. I asked for a detailed account and they could not provide any proof they were not paid by OSAP. I was then called relentlessly and emailed by trios, and ********* for $1500, I did not owe. Eventually, they threatened me and my credit score so I made payments in the amount of $700. over the course of 6 -9 months. I was just contacted by their finance department indicating that I stop payments, and that they now in fact need to return money to me. I was told they would transfer the amount to me via etransfer right away, but now are refusing to send me the refund. * ** * ************* *** ** ** ***** ****** *********. I want the money back that I never actually had to pay. It is my money, and this is very unfair* **** *** ****** **** **, and now refuse to correspond or tell me when the money will be sent.

    The student was notified of a refund on Wednesday, December 20, 2023. The refund was issued to the student on December 22, 2023 via e-transfer.
