Purchased multiple items from this business, was told there was a delay in shipping… business stopped responding to any and all attempts to find out what was going on, and then just disappeared, have tried multiple times to contact for a refund and there has been no response what so ever. On March 23, 2022 I purchased several items from Kittens Playpen totalling $177.50, and was given access to an order number as well as a confirmation of said order being in queue. On July 28 of 2022 I contacted regarding the estimated time for my product and was given an estimate of 6 months to a year until it was provided. In the last several months I have been unnable to contact the company as their website is completely down, and their customer service email that I previously contacted is equally unavailable, and I cannot find any other media that has given any updates in regards to the status of the business. I would like to know why this has happened and what the company is doing.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with them and have not received the order. Like many others my order was never fulfilled, there website no longer exists and you cannot email them through provided emails. My order number was ********* Placed on 11/03/2021 11:40:36. I purchased Arctic Fox Styled Kitten Ears for $55.00 and Add a Small Piercing - Charm Selection : Cross- Ring Color : Red for $3.80 plus $13.50 shipping totaling $72.30. I have an invoice and the number is #********. This order was purchased through my personal ****** account. My order status remained in “in queue” the entire time. Their website did say customs orders were back logged and would take at least 6 months to complete. On 10/29/2022 at 1:13am I emailed them the following: Hello!
My name is ********* and I placed an order for ears November 3rd of 2021 and I just wanted to check on the order. I wanted to make sure I was still in the queue. The order reference is *********. If you could just let me know where I am and if you can give me an estimate of how much longer it will be that would be wonderful.
They replied with:

Thanks for reaching out! Your order is still in the queue, yes. :) We are working as quickly as possible, but are still experiencing delays on non-basic ears like the ones you've ordered. I'd expect to see an update on your order in early 2023, and for that to be finished soon after. :)

Order was placed 18 months ago, was quoted with a log wait time. When trying to follow up, the website owners have erased all traces of their business from the web with no explanation of why and without refunding outstanding orders.Initial Complaint

On 4/30/2022, I purchased several items totaling $211.50 from Kittens Play Pen. Most of the items were made to order so I was not expecting it anytime soon especially since the company had indicated that their processing time was running long. The company gave a portal from which we could check on the status of the order, in particular if it was still in queue or if it was in the midst of being made, etc. On Sept 19, I reached out to the customer service email to check on the status of the order, mostly to ensure it had not been forgotten since I had not seen any updates on the order at all. On Sept 20, they responded and noted it would likely take until early 2023. Today, I went to check again and both their website and their ********* are gone. Sending an email to the same customer service account resulted in a bounce back stating that the email does not exist.Initial Complaint

Hello,
I requested cancellation 8 weeks ago, and have not received any communication since November 2022.
I have not received any communication from the seller other than very unhelpful replies (only when I reached out to them), and they have strung me out with many promises. I was unable to file before 1 year because they built such a strong trust relationship with me early on, that I gave them the benefit of the doubt while they continued to make promises and update their order tracker.
They have not replied to mine or many others emails asking what has happened.
KPP Inc have since removed every single item from their website, failed to renew their security certificate, and deleted all of their social media accounts in late January without any communication or anouncement whatsoever.
As of April, their website is completely deleted, *** * **** ******** *********** ********.
*********** ******** **** their stated shipping times, and that my order was never marked sent despite it being 48 weeks late.

The order was a said to only take a few weeks on their website, I waited that time frame + a few extra weeks as they had said on their social media some staff was ill, then I emailed to check on the oder as it said still in que and it had gone past the time frame given and they said it's taking longer due to the type of ears and that they'd see an update on it later in the year but didn't give a date, they did offer to change the oder so I'd get it faster but I wanted my original order.
The company email no longer exists and the website has been cleared.
