    I am writing a complaint regarding the inadequate services and improper advice I have received from ******************** of Community.First, despite my numerous requests for assistance with my medical requirements, the responses have been delayed and insufficient. I also lost my job due to the lack of proper communication when trying to get assistance.This has significantly impacted my health and well-being. Specifically on May 24th I requested ****** to have medical braces for my carpel tunnelsyndome and upcoming surgery and the request was delayed with questions that are already answered in person. I have requested the brace 2 weeks ago and it's unacceptable to not have access to my medical equipment. I also needed to have discretionary benefits for my phone since this ic critical for my upcoming surgery and mental health appointments... the request is being presented and no response has been made to attempt to help me get medical help and employment opportunities.This lack of timely and appropriate support the agency's mandate to provide adequate social assistance and has left me in a vulnerable position.Second, I have been provided with improper and misleading advice concerning homelessness prevention. On [Monday May 27th], during a consultation with [********************* ], I was advised to continue not paying rent for 6 months because my landlord can't do anything about it This advice was not only unhelpful but also exacerbated my situation, resulting in my landlord in a angry state, worsening financial situation, increased risk of homelessness and im.seeing mental health doctor for the lack of compassion. This suggests a lack of adequate training and understanding of effective homelessness prevention strategies among your staff.The combination of these issues has placed me in a position, impacting both my physical health and living situation.
