    24/07/2024 Driveway paving.Paid $7000 cash and contractor said no tax if cash. Signed contract says 3" of asphalt, no areas are 3" most are 1 1/2" with some areas 1" or less. Pooling when it rains, "****" said they would be back to fix it but never showed up. Weeds coming up through the asphalt in less than 2 weeks. All their advertising signs have been removed in this area.

    On June 11th Ontop paving paved our driveway. They present themselves knowledgeable and it seem like they knew what they were doing. We had a chance to see some of there jobs which looked good. Our driveway looked good when they finished but it rained that night and left puddles. We called *** the next day to tell him there are puddles in the driveway as well as the over spray from the sealer that covered parts of our vehicles.. *** and his partner stopped by and said that you would be back to fix the driveway as well as clean the vehicles with a special cleaner that they have that will remove the over spray. Never heard from him.We tried to contact *** again on numerous occasions through calls,texts,and email. We sent pictures of the driveway.One of the messages we left him was that if we didn't hear from him within a couple of days that we would be notifiing the BBB and writing a review. Finally we got a hold of him on July 3rd by using a different phone said he had a death in the family and was just returning phone calls. He said that he would be out Thursday or Friday. ?? he would be there.Friday at 3:00 pm we called *** got his voice mail left a message. He didn't show.July 5th we called ,texted ,and emailed *** told him that if we didn't hear from him that I would proceed with the ****** review as well as reaching out to other agencies. July 8th *** replied through email asking us to bear with him and have patience and he would 100% sort it out at the end of July or beginning of August. We called and texted him on July 30th left message...he did call back and told us 110% that he would repair driveway week of August 5th...we called him on Aug 8th,9th, 10th.and 12th left messages and still no reply. I texted *** and asked if he even had any intentions on repairing the driveway. No response.
