      Whenever my son try to register in the visiting parking lot, he appears in the Carleton PARKING Management electronic registration form in red that he is banished from the parking lot of this rental. So I contact you to find out the reasons for this banishment. For a heavy penalty, because the banishment is a criminal sanction, appears on the website of an organization, an offense must be punished by law has been committed. Therefore, please give me the reasons.Thank

      Dbvj691 has been revoked for abusing the parking regulations, this plates has consistently been abusing the condo parking rules and exceeding the allowed time allowed by the condo board. When this happens the condo requires proof that this plate is not a resident/ renter at this condo and is in fact a true visitors.
      As owners/ renters are not allowed to use visitors parking at anytime day or night, these rules are listed in the condo rules, which information is also stated each time someone calls in tp register and it is also stated on the website. This owner has also received 2 parking notices which state there parking is revoked at this location and no further registrations are accepted until they contact the property manager for this condo. 

      Warnings were issued on :

      2024-04-12 and 2024-05-04.

      As per legal condo rules and regulations this plate is not permitted to use visitors at anytime day or night until they clear this up with the condo property manager.

      Thank you for your email; The reason CDHR647 has received a ticket is due to the following reasons; this plate received 2 warnings Dec 11 and Dec *********************************************************************** letters to be able to register more then the allowed duration. Vehicles are only allowed to register 3 days within a 7 day period unless authorized by the property manager. 
      The following plates which have been used to register; cdhr648, Cdhr647, cdhr467, chdr647.

      This plate is banned due to over registration, should you wish to continue to park at this condo please reach out to the property manager who will ask for proof you don't live onsite and explain the parking rules. There contact is : Condominium Management Group at **************. If you are a resident you are not able to use visitors day or night unless authorized by the property manager.

      Hello, I registered my friend for parking and she got a ticket. When she called about it it was said that I had put in the wrong unit number to a unit I had no clue even existed and not even close in number to the unit. I filled out the online form and put in the correct unit number as I double checked multiple times. Im confused as to why this happened and the people who we have contacted have been no help.

      Thank you for the plate number, CJFN453 in reference to ticket number E0536778 it was issued for not registering your car in visitors parking. At this location cars have to be registered at all times. this means even if you visitors in the day you still need to register. As per the condo rules and signs on the property. 

       

      You got the ticket on 17-10-24 at 19:56 at this time you did not register your car. you called and registered your car at 19:56:49. Seems like you registered your car while the officer was issuing the ticket not before. as a ticket normally takes the officer 5 min to issue before it times stamps. 

       

      however since this is a very close time from when you called to the issue time if you would like to call us in office at ************ we will assist you in ********** this fraction based off good faith.

      Thank you for the assistance. I called in this morning and was able to sort this out with someone at CPM over the phone.
      Hopefully the ticket should be cancelled in the next 3-5 business days.

      I wish to keep this case opened until I received confirmation from Carleton Parking Management and the City of ****** that my ticket has officially been cancelled.

      Please follow up on this chain when the ticket has been officially cancelled.

      I have some questions to ask then:

      - how do you know that I owe 3 cars (your company got this information even before I called in last time)

      - every homeowner have 1 parking spot but to get a second one we have to be in the waiting list for over 2 years. And my question to you last time how should we do? You gave me this answer its not your issue. Do you think its an appropriate answer? How should we do while we are waiting to get a second spot? 

      - I have now 3 spots and you are telling me that at anytime all of car are not allowed to park at the visitor even for dropping stuffs. This is just outrageous knowing that we all doing it. But you only chase my cars. Like I said this is unprofessional. 
      I call this harassment a persistent harassment. I am filling a complaint against your company.

      Thank you for reaching out for plate number DCCN673.

       

      VISITORS only have to register if parking between 1am-7am this is correct. 

       

      However plate DCCN673 is listed as an owner at this location. owners are not permitted to use visitors parking at anytime day or night as per condo rules. This was also explained to the owner of this car on 25-5-2024 by our staff when they called in the last time about a ticket. and this owner told us that this unit owns 3 cars and you all swap out using visitors. this was explained that owners can not use visitors at anytime. As its visitors parking and not secondary parking for owners. This is again listed in the condo rules, was explained to the owner on the phone and is told to each person every time they call into our automated system, it states  VISTORS PARKING IS FOR VISITORS ONLY.

      This means DCCN673 is not authorized to park in visitors anytime day or night and will be ticketed if found in visitors. should you wish to get approval to use visitors you must contact your property management and the board of directors to get an approval.

      Ticket in question is valid.

      As for knowing about 3 cars this comes from your condo management. Also from seeing the registration pattern of parking abuse but said 3 cars swapping out in visitors.

      As for getting more parking spots. this would have nothing to do with our company. we are parking enforcement not your property manager. We have nothing to do with renting parking spots and this is done directly by the condo. NOT Carleton parking. As mentioned prior. 

      As for not being allowed to use visitors at anytime. Yes this is correct. as owners you can not use visitors at anytime day or night as per CONDO rules. again this is your condo rules not Carleton parking. we are just the enforcement not the ones that make the rules. if you dont agree with the rules you need to take that up with your condo management and board of directors. As these rules apply to all owners not just for you. if all owners used visitors parking as secondary spots there would be no parking for visitors. 

       

      in reading your response you agree that these rules had been told to you in the past and you are aware that you cant use visitors and still choose to park in visitors.

      based on your first response you recalled very well that I called in earlier this year. I also believe that at no point during the conversation that one of your agent informed me that at no point I ******** at the visitor spot day or night. Yes I was informed I cannot park overnight which I did not since then.

      which property management are you referring to? **** management? I never told them that I have 3 cars. I contacted them to rent another spot as my third car was only in my possession like in June. But not even 1 day my new car got banned, like I said its an harassment purely as most of the homeowner park sometimes to load or unload their groceries. Your company are acting in a bad faith and biased, and $100 is outrageous. And the ticket stated it was parked at 1398 ******** which is not valid as the location is wrong.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have provided you with the ticket in question in the attached document that was filed with the initial complaint. I have also provided you with my screenshot of the time the car was registered. Both include my license plate.

      Further, I have read the condo rules document and you are incorrect - with regards to guest parking there is no mention of the times you have stated. The only place in the document that mentions any time frame including any reference to leaving by 12:00, is in reference to guests who are renting  the booked guest suites - it is a reference to the time they must leave the suite by - with no reference to the parking lot. Guest parking is discussed in Section 20, parts a),  b), and c). There is no time stated on your website, there is no time stated on the posted sign at the building, and there is no time specific to leaving mentioned in the condo rules for guest parking. Please cancel these tickets and train your employees.

      At the mentioned location registrations do not last 24 hours. As per the condo rules registration expire at 12 noon. example if you register on 9-8-24 at 3pm for one night that registration would expire at 12 noon on 10-8-24. However the condo has many other rules in place that one one of them could be the reason for a infraction. we would need the licence plate number and ticket number to look into this further.

      Thank you for the copy of the ticket with plate CKLS111, we were able to pull the History. We see Many tickets and warnings on this plate going all the way back to 2020 and see notes when you have spoke to staff and the rules explained several times.  There is a long history of this plate abusing the parking and extensive notes showing you were made aware of the rules. However the rules are also made clear by the condo your visiting. The owner of this condo would have all documents of the condo rules and can also have a copy of the parking enforcement rules in place as they have been in place for many years and voted on by the board of directors at this condo.. if you would like to have a copy you can request it by the condo. However this had been going on for 4+ years with many communications providing this info.

       

      Also over the past 4 years you have contested tickets stating you didn't know the rules and we have cancelled 4 tickets already for you. Rules have been made clean time and time over and after 4 years of explaining the rules the tickets are valid under the agreement with the condo and parking rules.

      You have completely ignored the fact that I stated that I DO have a copy and HAVE read the condo rules and NOWHERE in these rules does it say what you are saying. The reference to leaving by noon is specific to guests staying in the rented condo suites that are available in the building - not the parking. According to the literal condo rules, I am NOT breaking any parking rules - I re-read this document this past week with an actual  lawyer, to ensure that there was no confusion. There are NO rules being broken here. Yes I have had many tickets contested in the past - BECAUSE your employee(s) repeatedly issue illegal and unwarranted tickets. That is why at this point in time I am filling a complaint with the BBB: because your company continues to create illegal tickets.

      The condo tenant has spoken to the condo supervisor on my behalf many times - you are correct - and it is the condo supervisor who has frequently apologized to us, and had these incorrect tickets cancelled. Not once have we ever been told that we were actually breaking a rule - so do not create lies to try to make your business look half reputable. Do not act as if cancelling 4 wrongly created tickets in the past is a service on your behalf that you are doing for charity. You are incorrectly issuing tickets and have the audacity to act as if I am abusing your corrupt system. Do you think us idiots? Do you think that I enjoy speaking with you? Do you not think I would rather just park on the street 4 blocks away to have to avoid dealing with your incompetent system? If what you are telling me is that you simply cannot train your employees properly, and that you actually perhaps even endorse your employees to incorrectly ticket guests - then I will happily park on the streets without issue. But not before going to the media about this. 

      I most certainly will not be paying those tickets, and I will be taking it to court as I have  sufficient evidence to back up my claim. I urge you first however, to actually read the condo rules, cancel the tickets and train your employees to do their job properly.

      I was ticketed by this company. The ticket claims I was parked on a private property. It was $80.I was not parked in a private property. There was no sign saying I was on a non-parking area. The sign actually says I was in a parking area. I need my ticket to be wothdrawn by the company.

      My mother came to my place to help me and i called in the Carleton Parking Management and registered her vehicle through the phone for a 3 night to ensure her license plate CXZS 736 would be register for 3 day. I called Thursday May 2nd at 11:02PM which would have cover that night and 3 more night but that same night she got a ticket and the next night as well. So I want those ticket to be cancelled as they failed to do their job since i called and registered her car and she should have never been ticketed for parking in a visitor parking area. the tickets are for a mount of 80$X2=160 $ so i want those tickets cancelled. The first ticket is E0337710 assigned by agent ***** provincial agent officer number: 7202 and the second is E0337636 assigned by the same agent ***** with the same officer number by the Carleton Parking Management agency.

      as for ticket E0337636 was issued on 1-5-25 at 5:07 am.  We see a called in registration on 2-5-24 at 23:00. SO this registration came after the ticket. This means E0337636 is valid as the car was not registered.

       

      as for E0337710 This ticket and notice was for attempting to over stay. As per the set condo rules cars are only allowed on site 3 nights out of 7. you had parked there on 1-5-24 and attempted to register on 2-5-24 for 3 nights. this would be trying to stay 4 nights out of 4. this is not allowed under condo rules and regulations. if you wish to contest the condo rules you must contact your property management company as condo rules apply to everyone. 

       

      Also each time you call in and attempt to register the 3 in 7 rule is stated in the automated system.

      I was registering my vehicle occasionally when visiting family and was banned from doing even though I have never exceeded the 3 day maximum for registration.You can't exceeded it through the portal as it will not let you do so.I find it ridiculous as this is what visitors parking is for.I am a disabled person and find it hard to walk uphill from the road so the days I could register were very helpful.Please fix this.
