    ****** * **** ******* ** **** * I contacted HuntClub Honda regarding a Civic SI last week. I was provided with a leasing price. Based on this leasing price I  continued to discuss the vehicle with a sales representative over text message for two days. Based on this price I confirmed with the sales representative that I would like to lease the vehicle for 36 months at 20,000km ASAP. Based on this price I had auto insurance arranged. Based on this price I came into the HuntClub location to do a test drive. Based on this price I started all the paper work. Based on this price I provided all requested information including photocopies of my ID and insurance. Based on this price I paid a $500.00 deposit. It is at this stage that I am told that the price is actually more expensive and it must have been a computer glitch that they didn’t include all the fees. ** **** ****** *** ******** ***** ******** ********* ******* **** ** ** ****** ******* ** * ***** ***** ******* **** ***** ****** ** *** At this point I was quite frustrated as I had already been there much longer than Should have been required as the sales representative was going on and on as they do even though I made it clear more than once that i was in a rush. I then had to leave to go back to work. I have tried to contact HuntClub Honda three times in the last three days, including the managers on my emails, regarding this issue. No one has even had the courtesy to even respond with an acknowledgement email. They still have my deposit on the vehicle.

    Be careful and avoid Hunt club Honda's service department.Hunt Club Honda has the worst service department, and charge exorbitant prices. Just a oil change for a 2022 Honda HRV was quoted 130$. I signed the agreement to have the oil change done, but then called 3 other Honda service centres in ******. All of them said 95.99$ + taxes for that model's oil change, with one offering free brake inspection and complimentary car wash as well, and another offering free multi-point inspection for this price.I do understand that prices may vary depending on dealership but not 40% overpriced and that too for fewer services. Funny part is Hunt club Honda on all their promotions claim to offer "Lowest Price guarantee". I then called **** clubs service **** while my vehicle was being serviced, and inquired about the 40% price difference between theirs and other dealers service centres. They offered to confirm with other dealers and reduce the price, when I picked up the vehicle. But when I picked up my vehicle, they refused to reduce to $95.99 and just reduced half of the price difference. The manager said that he had called one of those service centers and spoke to the service manager there and he had said that the price was $112.99. I knew he was lying, and right in front of him called the other dealer's service manager who re-confirmed that the price was $95.99. Now with his lie exposed, the manager said that he had called the technical operations manager who quoted $112.99. Hunt club Honda adamantly refused to honor $95.99 and charged me $112.99+ taxes. This is clearly false advertising/promotion offering "Lowest price guarantee" to exploit customers. Be careful and avoid Hunt club Honda's service.
