    30 June 2024, move from ******** to ***********, Que Worst moving company I have ever dealt with. They have no office no parking, they rent unreliable trucks that breaks down, and they have no way to fix them. Half way through the road truck broke down and nothing they can do other than send it back to the parking yard. I had $500 worth of food from the fridge, it is summer time, but they have no concern about. Told me that the move had to be done the next day. **** the most stupid dispatcher ever had no solutions, no idea what to do other to send the truck to a deserted yard. Dumb **** instructed the driver to hold my stuff hostage until I pay them what they wanted. They wanted to charge me for the broken down transportation. Paid them $100 deposit + $300 for the 2 hours of work of the movers, but that was not enough, they wanted me to pay more otherwise my stuff is locked according to a****** ****. Refused to pay them anymore and managed to find another mover to transfer my belongings to their truck while F'G **** was screaming to stop the transfer. The driver was a decent human being who did not stop the transfer unlike the b****** ****, who took money out of the drivers pay because he refused Dumb Alexs orders.This outfit should never deal with the public; they are unethical, unprofessional and have ZERO management/customer service skills. They should never be entrusted with peoples belongings and they should go out of business.1. I suggested to rent another truck from U-Haul, transfer my stuff and drive it to ********, then the couple of guys can come back to return the rental truck and drive their damaged truck back to the yard.2. I also offered to pay for the rental myself, but **** did not agree and wanted their truck back to the yard, stating that the driver had to stay with the damaged truck at all times, no reason was given.3. When the truck arrived at the yard **** wanted, the truck secured or held hostage.**** took $200 out of driver's pay.
