Contracted with WTF to excavate and repair leaking foundation around my home Aug. 2021. gave estimate of 3 days for completion of work. Signed contract and send to ***** **** ********. began work on Aug. 2021- took 8 weeks for work, I paid his price, after down payment of 35%. every Friday he asked for a payment , So he could pay his employees and purchase supplies for work. On final day, He asked for final payment , I gave him bank draft. he cashed it and never showed up to finish finishing details (which include walkway, unlevel grade towards house, which has pooling of rainwater at house foundation) I called him on April 1, 2022 to enquire about completion of work, message left, he called back and told us that it was too early to finish work and would be present on May 1st to complete work. called on April 30 and May 2, 2022, we called again Left message. NO return call. May 9th another message left - no return call.
