    If I could give them no stars I would. I ordered my mother a bouquet/card/truffles for her birthday. Not only did they not include the truffles, but the bouquet I received was of lesser quality and completely different flowers than what I had ordered. You como tell they were cheaply made compared to the variety of had picked out on their website. I emailed them to explain the situation with photos and a copy of my order confirmation, and they only replied five days later saying it was outside of their policy to do anything because I hadnt emailed them within 24 hours of the delivery. Keep in mind, this policy was not listed anywhere during my ordering process, and this policy was in line due to the nature of our product being fragile (I guess this would make sense if they were wilted, but not in the case where the entire order was wrong and/or missing). I ended up paying over $60 for a bouquet of flowers that looked equal to one I couldve bought from a grocery store for $12.99! Their costumer service is infuriating and lacks empathy or personal touch. I will never shop here again, first and last time. I strongly suggest everyone to stay away from this website and save your money. Give it to a decent florist who takes care in what they do and strives to make their costumers satisfied.
