    The store Manager ******** took the bike back from me and gave me a repair slip stating the technician who only work on Wednesdays would fix the bike issue being primarily of Bottom bracket shaft being noisy and causing resistance (manufacturing defect). This issue was present from date of purchase and did not clear away after 3 short attempt to ride the bike. See details in my 3 letters May 22, May 23 and June 6 2024. No reply answers received at all from the store since, the bike is covered under warranty of parts for 1-year, I insist the warranty be honored and this bike get fixed ASAP. It has been 3 weeks, no action on their part.

    Good day,Some time in June I made an appointment to change my oil and daytime running lights at this Canadian Tire Store (*******************). When the work was completed I checked my lights and noticed that the one that was replaced was still not working (on passenger side). After bringing it to their attention they brought the car back in and changed the bulb, and the light was now working.A few weeks after while checking out the car I noticed that the light bulbs socket was now burnt out and the bulb was falling out. Because of this I went back to the store where they gave me a difficult time and wanted me to pay for the inspection "because it might not be their fault." After some disagreements involving the manager and service supervisor, they decided to take a look. What they discovered was that the bulb was too powerful, and that's why the damage was done. However, "anyone could have changed the bulb" and they needed the store owner to check the cameras. After a few days they called me to say that from the video the mechanic never went on that side (passenger side), and ONLY remained on the driver side the entire time. I told them this was impossible and to have a second look, as even the oil dipstick was on the other side so he would of have to go over their at some point. They printed a poor quality black and white still image to show me, but I adamant this was a false narrative.Later on I received a call that they were going to order the part to replace (no apology or explanation or anything), and they would let me know when to bring the car in.Almost a month later they tell me to drop off the car because the part had come in, but it was later discovered that it was the wrong model. Now we are halfway to September, and I still haven't had my headlight fixed. If I was a paying customer, I do not honestly feel this would've taken this long, and this is unacceptable as I have to take time off work, drop my vehicle off and find other means of transportation.

    I am writing regarding an experience that I had regarding an online order (#*************). Without any explanation, yesterday, I received an email indicating that the order I had placed on November 28 had been cancelled. No explanation whatsoever was provided, and no prior email other than a confirmation of my order was received. However, according to the website, there were at least 34 units of the product in question. So inventory was obviously not an issue. As such, I decided to visit my local store, to first inquire why the order had been cancelled but yet again received no explanation. I then pointed out that the product currently shows as available, and requested that either the price by honoured or the product be provided for free due to horrible customer service. The supervisor with whom I spoke, supposedly followed up with General Manager and told me that they were not willing to do anything to accommodate me. Consequently, I left in frustration. Part of the issue, is that if I am NOT mistaken, all of my online orders to this location have been cancelled with no explanation after several days and in some cases, a week. The communication for online orders has been atrocious. Coincidentally, I had also visited the store earlier in the week and inquired about it at the customer service desk. At that point, I was told that the product would be in on the 11th. At no point, was I told that it would be cancelled. Hands down, this particular experience reeks of poor management, poor decision making and even worse, customer relations.
