My car and I had a good relationship with Georgetown Volkswagen until it aged and encountered rust. My Jetta was purchased and maintained at Georgetown Volkswagen. It underwent a rust evaluation and I waited 7 months, gave up my car for a month and had the rust repaired. Unfortunately the rust repairs did not hold up. My 2012 Jetta has a great deal of corrosion Georgetown Volkswagen is not prepared to look at it any longer as they say it was already fixed and repaired. They say the warranty expired. I question the papers I have that inform me that parts of my car where there was rust underwent parts replacement in 2022. A review of this repair is something Georgetown Volkswagen refuses to discuss with me. Georgetown Volkswagen cancelled an appointment ** ******  booked online and sent us to a Bodyshop who allegedly repaired the rust with a parts replacement. The Bodyshop will not call us either. Sad to say I may give up my car as it may not pass certification due to the rust and corrosion. When my car was younger, I was very satisfied with the service I had at Georgetown VW.
