  I called schneidres dec 27 2022 to cancell my internet service . their officed were closed for the holidays until Jan.03 2023 on which I talked to someone to cancel service immidiately as My new provider was installing on jan ************************************************************************ *********** jan 10 2023 . I asked tghe attendant if there is any thing more i needed to do and he said no . *********** then tried billing me for february claiming they have not recived notification or the equipment . many phone calls later schneiders claim they recieved the equipment march 10 2023 but no cancelation was ever given . They have now sent it to collections . i have done research and have found numerous people with the same experience

  *********** Computing  ************** **** Is owned by different owners and doesn't provide internet services. 

  *********** Computing ************ is a computer and cell phones sales and repair store that is provincially regulated.

  ********** needs to send this dispute to the internet company on the top of his bill. We dont sell or service internet and cannot help unfortunately. 

  ********* already had the *** into see us and we directed him to EVO ************ owned by ***** ****, who is the owner of the new internet company. We dont have anything to do with it. 

  Internet is regulated by CRTC and is federally regulated and we are provincial as a retail store.

  I'm not sure why ********* is getting confused because he was told multiple times we don't own that company.

  Please upload a copy of the invoice. It does not state "*********** Computing ******** ***** The invoices for the internet company have a different legal name and owner.

  Please upload a copy of your invoice which clearly shows Schneiders Computing *** a different corporation. 

  We dont have access to that corporation records or information as it's owned by ***** **** and not us.

  ***** **** the owner of EVO ************ who owns *********** Computing *** in Exeter has graciously provided these copies. ***** has known since January it's different companies and continues to harass us on ********* with police and the polcie deemed it not our concern and spoke to ***** and **** who told them they own the internet and ***** viewed but **** NEVER signed hsi cancellation agreement with "Schneider's Computing Ltd." located in ****** which is a different legal entity. Although the names are similar, they are not the same companies or owners. If ********* continues to harass us, we will file a complaint with police and reject this review as we sell computers and cell phones and the internet company he was dealing with is marked at the top of the bills and is located in ****** ON. Please remove this from our account. ********* is being ignorant to the fact he was told who to contact and instead of contacting them he is wasting his time harassing us.

  Invoices clearly state Schneiders Computing ***

  *********** Computing & Websites ***.  is a different legal entity. These are two seperate distinct legal entities.

  Schneiders Computing *** is registered with an ****** address.

  The attached documents clearly show these are different and distinct legal entities owned by 2 different individuals. I am shocked and appualed at the BBB for even entertaining this sherade, and further am disgusted ********* has involved police, and the police even told him to sign the document. The police are involved so the BBB should not be involved. Further the police passed by us, and went to ******* company and spoke to them because ********** is clearly confused and cannot see the top of his bill says "Schneider's Computing Ltd." which is not the same organization as "*********** COmputing & Webistes Ltd.The legal documents obstained attached show different owners and addresses. Although the companies may have co-operated in the past, that is no longer the case and ********** has been informed of this and told to direct his communication at the right part. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. This right here is insanity and harassment as ********** has been told by police to stop contacting us and to contact the internet company. We will be calling for a harrassment order, as as in inists on pursuing us for actions and services we have no control over being a seperate and different legal entity.

  Any further contact from the BBB will be considered harassment, and will call the police on the BBB and ********** for continued harassment. Stop this madness. We cannot help, although we wish we could.

  ***************** called to cancel the internet on January 10, 2023. We sent him a DocuSign which was opened by ********* and viewed on January 10, **** (see photo attached). We ceased billing him at the end of January, but he did not sign the DocuSign. By law according to the ***** we cannot make changes to internet accounts, as it is federally regulated, without a signature or risk a $5,000 fine. We have kept the account open by law, but stopped billing at the end of January. By law, if ********** doesn't sign we should keep billing him til today. ********** didn't immediately return his equipment until a month or so later, so we should have billed that also, but it did come back at some point in 2023. At this point, we've spoken to police and asked ********** to sign the DocuSign, which they viewed as reasonable and just. His equipment remained active on the network into February 2023. The final bill date was Jan 25, 2023. We just need ********** to pay the final bill and sign the cancellation documents. If he doesn't do that, we will be forced to keep the account open.
