    Greetings, * **** ********* ** ***** *** ** *** ***** ************ ** ****** ******** *********** **** ******** ********. Date of transaction: On December 8th 2022 I originally contacted Maanta Computers and spoke with owner Ali. I specifically and clearly asked if the business could assist me with a work laptop I had that was admin locked. On Thursday December 15th 2022 I visited Maanta Computers to drop off the laptop for updates. On Friday December 16th 2022 I visited Maanta Computers to pick up the laptop as I was informed by Ali it was ready for pickup. On Saturday December 17th 2022 I returned to Maanta Computers to retrieve a refund after finding out that Ali had an unauthorized ******* running on my laptop. Amount of money paid to business: $145.00 What the business committed to provide me: 1. Removal of the admin block. 2. Virus protection. 3. updated ********* apps * ** ********* ******** *** **** **** ***** ****** 4. He confirmed 3 times he would be contacting ********* to purchase product key in order to install ******* 10 on laptop, The nature of the dispute is that the owner, Ali attempted to scam me out of money by installing outdated old ********* apps and a **** ********* unauthorized ******* version on my laptop. He never called ********* and instead used an old used unauthorized product key and still charged me. Has business tried to resolve problem? Absolutely not. He is denying everything and refused to even return partial refund! ** **** ** **** *********** *** *****  Order tracking number: Transaction was done in the store. He did not even provide an actual invoice with breakdown of work, instead he provided a receipt that reads debit card sale: $145.00 I still have the receipt available as evidence. * ********* * ***** ********* ******** ****** ********** **** ********* *** ********** ** * *** ************ *. An invoice with work done should have been provided. 3. Email with product key # should have been provided proving authenticity.
