    I have looked at booking through this site twice now. They have been showing a lower price for the same trip and when you click on it it goes up by $260 per person. I have tried this on a few different destinations and it seems to be the same thing. I tried booking on Jan 20th 2025 and again on Jan 21st 2025. *** **** ***** **** they have a $200 discount but they hike up the price by $260. I'm sure there will be some generic explanation saying the vendor hiked the price but as you can see by the dates provided its been over 24 hours with the same thing. I have cross referenced with another travel site that is unaffiliated and the price is infect $200 more, ** **** * ******* ***** *** ******* ** ********** advertising claim or sales offer for a product or service that is not available or not for sale at the stated price, made with the intention of luring customers who are then offered something else or forced to spend more money to get the same thing.) * **** ***** *********** **** **** ****** ** **** *** will also be filing a complaint with TICO.

    I am very disappointed in the level of service and response I recently got from iTravel2000. ** *** *** I recently booked a vacation package to the *** ******* in ***************, Mexico through iTravel2000 for 4 adults and 1 child only to find out after we confirmed our travel that *******.ca's deal for the equivalent vacation with the only difference was the airline ******* vs. ******* and our preference all day long would be ******* even though ******* is owned by ******* was $2,200 less in total price.
    After several calls with all possible levels of representation including upper management from iTravel2000, they were not prepared to honor the lower priced packaged as advertised on their website. Their best offer was to waive the $113 cancellation fee per person for a total of $565 and would not refund the deposit of $250 per person for a total of $1,250 which they said was not their fees. The end result was a savings of around $140 vs. the difference of $2,200 between both packages. They also argued that *******.ca is not a travel agent that is why they would not honor the price guarantee. I am pretty sure not many would know this or the definition of an online travel agent as we are simply looking for the best deal.
    Anyway, a total disappointment in iTravel2000 who I have used in the past but after this experience will never use again *** **** ****** ***** ** *** *******

As part of the booking process, we follow terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of purchase. These terms outline that we serve as an intermediary agency and that pricing and policies, including any price match guarantees, are managed by the travel supplier. Because the other site operates differently and may have access to distinct supplier agreements, we are unable to apply pricing from non-equivalent suppliers or agencies. While we cannot adjust third-party supplier fees, we did waive cancellation fees to help provide some relief in this situation. We are sorry to hear that this solution was unsatisfactory. Please feel confident, we do value your business and assure you of our very best intentions at all times.

    I usually call into itravel2000 to book any travel plans I have but this time when I tried calling itravel2000 to book a flight they were expressing technical difficulties so I had no choice but to book the flight online. Once I selected my flight it showed me an option to upgrade my seat to premium economy for a very small fee when selecting this option and continuing the checkout process the premium economy didn’t show on my flight information. I call back to try and sort the issue and all the agencies I spoke to transferred my call to another department which I was left on hold each time between 3:30-5+ hours. All the agencies were giving me the runaround and not wanting to me resolve a simple issue. The agencies said they couldn’t change my seating and only one department handles these issues. This issue has still not been resolved I have been trying to speak to someone the past 3 days and no one is helping and I can’t even speak to a manager. The last agent that I spoke wanted to charge me more than the cost of my ticket and this is an issue Itravel2000 had on there end. They are also wanted to charge me more than the airline directly. When trying to make the change with the airline directly they were unable to make any changes due to buying the ticket with Itravel2000. This is how they treat a loyal customer that uses them for any vacation plans. I will never use Itravel2000 again. Worst customer service.
