    I was contacted via phone and email by one of their agents claiming I had applied for a Canadian Tax credit and that I was an ideal candidate for their (Trust Disability Solutions) services. . I had not applied. I am not disabled and I am not in the business of ripping off the government AND when asked how they received my name and contact information and why they were processing an agreement - they stonewalled me. Refused to answer my emails and messages asking what source do they lead generate from etc. **** **** ****** Am reporting them ** *** ******** ***** ********** ****** ** *****

    Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We take client satisfaction and transparency very seriously.
    We would like to clarify the status of the refunds and associated service fees:
    The first refund was released on August 28, 2025, and the associated service fee for this refund remains unpaid.
    The second refund was released on September 5, 2025, and its service fee is also outstanding.
    As outlined in your signed client agreement, payment is required for each successful refund secured on your behalf. We are requesting payment only for services that have already been rendered.
    We are happy to provide proof of work completed for your reference. Please feel free to contact us to receive the supporting documentation.
    We remain committed to professionalism, transparency, and prompt resolution of all client concerns.
