    I used the storage facility at 190 Carrier Drive monthly for approximately 3 years. At first there was a great two-person team working there. They always answered the phone, or called you back quickly. They always answered email quickly. They could deal with any issue in a professional and timely manner.

    Then a new owner and a new 'customer service' team took over. They rarely answer the phone. They take a day or more to answer emails. They cannot deal with any issues in a professional manner...yet they do not respond WHATSOEVER when you ask for the manager or owner to contact you to resolve an issue - nor will they provide contact information for a manager or owner who can deal with issues.

    ALL this in spite of constant price increases!

    I wish to be contacted by the manager or owner of this location, please.
