    I have been in 2 Buildings Managed by Icon. I believe the Company itself is Generally Good however, the Managers they Place in the Buildings are another Story. **** ****** ************ *** ******* and basically acting like they are better and more important than anyone else. Most of the time they are never in their On Site Offices and **** **** ** ***** ********* *** **** ***** ********* They take for Granted that some Boards are very busy and don't closely monitor their daily activities leading to the Managers ****** ********* ** *** ************ and basically doing whatever they want. Advice to Board of Directors, Keep an Eye on your Managers. Most of them Are ************ *** not acting on the best behalf of your Residents, only themselves.

    *** ***** ******* ** **** ***** *** ******** *** ****** ******* Upsetting and disrupting the lives of their tenants. Resolving no issues but creating so many! Petition going on in our building right now to get them out. We no longer wants them here! Pure laziness *** ** ******** ********* ******* they get out sooner rather than later. ** *** * ****** ** *** **** ***** *******
