  ** *** *** **** ******** They are totally non responsive. Worst costumer service. Try to get a call back. Try to get anyone to respond. They promise to get back to you and don't. Took my money and did nothing and eventually told me they can't help me at this point. * **** ******** The only way to get their attention is to dispute your credit card. **** ****** *** ** ********** ** *** ***

  I wanted them to help me with cleaning a record from the US. They asked me to pay $1250.00 so I paid but not long ****** ***** came to power and right then I realized have no chance of getting accepted on the ( Pardon or waiver ) as the Pardon has to be signed ** *** ********* ********  I asked for my money back as no paperwork was filed yet but they said I can only get back $250 back! This is my money that I paid them and they haven’t done anything for me so why can’t I get my money back in full amount???

  I have spent an incredible amount of money, and so the the process has taken nearly two years. I was notified today that another $300 was needed to submit the pardon request to Canadian government and that the review process would be between 12 & 24 months. FPWS also advised me that for an additional $750 I could submit application for Temporary Residency pending the outcome of the Pardon request.

  I did not have a great experience with this company. First of all they charged me over $3500 to do something that (had I known and done myself) would of only cost me maybe $500 and took a fraction of the time. Secondly they took over a year to do my paper work and thirdly one of the *** dealing with my case *** ** ********* **** *** ******** everytime I had questions about what was happening with my file and why things were priced the way they were. I had to request someone else to work my file. They assured me this was the easiest and most guaranteed way of getting my pardon/expungement handled. **** my paperwork finally made it to the parole board of Canada *** **** * ***** **** **** ** ** **** * ********* *** **** * *** *** *** **** ****** *** *** ******* ** **** ******** don't get me wrong they did what they said they would but they charged me $3000 more than I should have paid. *** ** * ****** *** ** * ****** ** ***** ****** * ***** * ***** **** **** ***** ************ ******* ** **** ***** ******* The time frame of the paperwork process when you do it by yourself is roughly 4 to 6 months, and Federal Pardon and Waiver drug it out for over a year and were constantly adding extra charges for things along the way... I really hope I get a refund and * **** my pardon and expungement goes through!!!
  My advise, if you want something done right, do it yourself!!! ********* ********** *** really hope I can get some of that money back!

  Their staff was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. If you need to restore your ability to travel to Canada, as an American, I cannot recommend someone higher. Thank you FPWS from the bottom of my heart. I know my case was complex, thanks again.

  First, I want to say thank you for all the work and service this company has done for me. I loved the service and communication. Whenever I had a question I needed to be answered, they would respond right away. Additionally, they answered me respectfully and on time. One thing I really loved however and more importantly, on the first day they had explained to me all of the details, and now that I’ve finished the process, I know that everything they have told me is the truth. My case was the hardest, it had been over 10 years and they made me free. I love this company and everyone there and I appreciate them from the bottom of my heart. I will never forget them, God bless you all.

  I was dealing with Mario S. and found him to be very helpful throughout the whole process from start to finish.
  I know there are some negative experiences out there with FPWS, but for me it was all positive.
  After some time with all the necessary forms and documents to be filled out and sent, it took about 7 months for a response. They granted my pardon. I was so excited. Thank you FPWS, Mario S *** ***.

  I found it ok even though I had to repete parts of the process. Although I Lingered on my end having to wait the extra time was I believe to unnecessary. But job got done.

  The result was positive, but my experience with this company was awful ******* ** ********** at the onset.
  When this process started in April of 2022 I was told over the phone (by someone who said his name was Marshall W.) that this process takes 4-6 months but mine would be a third faster because I had supplied all of the background checks and that a visit to Canada by October of 2022 was a very real possibility. When asked about this 9 months in (my application had still not been submitted) I was told that could not be true because this is an 8-10 month process before it even gets submitted to the Consulate and then you are put on the bottom of their busy schedule.
  Anyway, I got my acceptance letter from the Canadian government today, 8/28/2024, 2.5 years from when I started, 2 years after I needed to go to Canada. My disappointment and frustration **** ** ******* **** ****** *** could have been avoided with an honest conversation that set realistic expectations at the start. They asked me for a review; **** ** ** ****** ****** ***** ***** ******* The service is ok, but **** *** ********* business practices.
