    Very Disappointed! Ordered previously over 6 times & never had issues. My last order, came a week late because of this I was advised I could return the parts when they arrived for a full refund & they would pay the return shipping and give a full credit & my file was marked as such so it would be easy once I called back. When parts arrived one item was open with a clip missing, half parts fit, half did not. I called to return the parts ... They will not cover the cost of returning the items as I was previously advised! It has been another week and I am still trying to sort this out to just return the parts and get my money back....Terrible at responding, Terrible they are not following through with what they already advised me would happen. I am currently waiting on a label to return and the cost as it may be less expensive for me to ship myself . I have still received little to no info on the complete return process. No info on where to return, how much it will cost, how long this will take, etc, etc . Beware!!!! Return Process is terrible & they do not honor what they say!!!
    Hope nothing goes wrong with your order ** ** *** ***** **** **** ******** * fyi all my returning parts are still new condition, package opened however resealed and original boxes undamaged (photos taken) *From reviews - I suspect this will be the next issue I run into.

    Without doubt the worst buying experience of my life. There were repeated delays in shipping my items and a promised partial refund was never issued. **** ******* ****** ** ********* **** *** **** * ***** *** **** **** **** *** *****

    *** **** **** **** ** * ****** ** *** ***** ******** **** ***** **** ******* ** *** *** ** ****** Ordered a pair of shocks late June. Irelynd reached out and said they would need to be backordered and that it would take about 4 weeks for them to receive them and then another 6-8 weeks for them to process and ship. I proceeded with the order. They charged me and now its December 21st and I have received nothing. Call weekly and no one ever answers and I e-mailed over a dozen times and absolutely no response. Will never buy from them again.
