    ***** **** **** ******* ***** ***** ** * ****** They charged me for two identical orders when I just placed one order. I contacted them right away and was given an open ticket but have had no response and both orders arrived today. Want to return items because do not like them or the practices of this company but when I try to start return online it will not let me do it at all. Extremely ********* with so called customer service from this company.

    This has been a bad experience
    I bought 2 swimsuits in June. Order Number #*************
    That's 2 months ago. I requested for a switch of the smaller swimsuit to a larger size and have sent SEVERAL messages. All I get is "your order is important to us" and things like "hang on tight". No actual replacement of the wrong size.
    I was asked to not return the wrong size, and that I would get a replacement nonetheless. ... I am MORE THAN HAPPY to return it. It is unworn.

    I ordered a bra that was "shipped" on July 29th. After a couple weeks, the tracking information still only said "packing label printed" but the carrier still had not received the package from ********/Shapermint. I contacted customer service via live chat and messaging but both options only gave me AI bot answers and eventually said a service agent would contact me in a couple days. Two weeks later and still no one ever contacted me. I checked the tracking information again and now the carrier website says this tracking number does not exist. I tried contacting ********/Shapermint via email and again got two AI bot replies with that same tracking number.

    ******** ******** ************** ***** ******** *** ******* I have never encountered worse customer service in my life! They will overcharge you and gaslight you into thinking you explicitly said YES, PUT THESE EXTRA ITEMS I NEVER ASKED FOR INTO MY CART and confirmed it.
    Then they charge you $4.99 every month for a CLUB FEE. That costs over $7 dollars for Canadians.
    You can't talk to anyone no matter what I tried. If you use the chat process, they just end it.

    Spare yourself the Hassel! I have never encountered worse customer service in my life! They will overcharge you and gaslight you into thinking you explicitly said YES, PUT THESE EXTRA ITEMS I NEVER ASKED FOR INTO MY CART and confirmed it.
    They will not let you make edits or changes to your order. They won't let you cancel it even if you reach out within minutes. It takes DAYS for a response back. By the time I was FINALLY offered a refund to return my items, they only offered my a portion of what I paid!

    Made an order at 8:25am, noticed i was overcharged, immediately contacted customer support to cancel my order, 8:28am. They refused to cancel my order. Refused to let me talk to a supervisor. Wasted close to 30 minutes with customer support. I was overcharged almost $100

    I was deeply concerned when I asked to cancel an order within 30 minutes of submitting it, and Shapermint refused. Instead they cited that I can simply return the items which is a waste of shipping and a sustainability nightmare. In addition, they auto-added a club membership to my order which if I hadn't caught, I would have been charged a subscription fee moving forward.
    When I asked to escalate the concerns or be given an alternate method to provide feedback, I was told that it would only be accepted via chat. That to me is stating that you are unwilling to work with customers and that you're ultimate hope is that they'll become frustrated with the process and abandon it altogether. I have absolutely no faith that the feedback I provided would be submitted and reviewed.

    I only ask that you review your policies moving forward. That is wildly ********* and a waste of time and resources on all ends. The items were refunded after I submitted the request, but the policy itself is concerning.

    My experience with this online retailer was extremely disappointing and concerning. Their selling practices *** *** **** ********** *** **** ***** *** **** **** ********** ********.
    At first, the checkout process appears normal — you select your item, authorize the payment, and receive a confirmation email for your order. However, after the transaction is supposedly complete, they present additional merchandise as “special offers.” The moment you express any interest in these offers — even without clearly authorizing a purchase — the items are automatically added to your order and charged to your payment method without further confirmation. This is a ********** practice, as it bypasses explicit customer consent for additional charges.
    Moreover, the shipping fees they ultimately charge are much higher than what is advertised. During checkout, they display one amount, but once the order is finalized, you find out the actual shipping cost is significantly inflated — another ********* tactic.
    To make matters worse, there is no option to cancel or modify your order, even if you reach out within minutes. Their standard response is that the order has already been processed. They require you to wait for the delivery, then go through the hassle of returning the item.
    These ********* *** ********** practices result in unauthorized charges, inflated fees, and no ability to cancel or correct the issue in a timely manner. * ******** ****** ****** ** ***** ***** ** **** ******** *** **** **** *********** ********** ********* ** ******* ** ***** ********
