    Had an appointment - waited 10 minutes in line for other people without appointments to register- missed my appointment due to this...then waited another 15 minutes as they called people without appointments who had been waiting..WHAT??

    ********** unacceptable experience at ***** ***** *** ** ***** ***** ** *** **** LifeLabs location.
    I had an appointment booked in advance, yet I was still made to wait over 35 minutes — what’s the point of booking if you don’t honor appointments? That was just the start. The staff entered the wrong code, which caused unnecessary delays in generating my payment receipt. In total, I wasted over an hour for what should have been a quick visit.
    *** *** ***** ***** After all that time, I was told at the front desk that they forgot to take a required blood sample and asked me to go back for another draw. ************. When I questioned why everything wasn't done properly the first time, the staff — instead of apologizing — responded with ********* *** attitude, asking me if I wanted a refund.

    We only have 2 lifelabs in Whitby and this lifelab closed without even informing the patients. Today my husband had an appointment for ****** test and they booked him for 2:30PM but yet they closed stating "unforeseen reasons"; another sign on the door indicated they close every 2nd Monday at 2pm. But they still accept after 2PM appointments does not make any sense. ********** **** **** ******* ******* ***** *** ****** **** *** ******** ** **** ** *** ***** Is anyone taking any action on this place? this is not a shopping place, we go here for medical issues. This cannot be accepted. Some serious action should be taken on this. ******** ******** ******* ********** ******** *** ***** ** * **** ****** ******* ** *** ***

    I witnessed a delivery driver verbally abuse a woman today. I have picture of him and the minivan. He called the woman a stupid uneducated bitch and also make racial slurs towards her. He was an aggressive, loud and in her personal space. She was so upset that she was shaking and scared.
    BC48632 the serial number on the back is 20020.
    This took place at the BHC Burnhamthorpe Health Centre. This woman was there to get spinal pain inject and was in a lot of pain and yet he kept berating her. She asked him to leave her alone and he wouldn’t. Please contact me so that I can send the pictures.

    Refused to send results to the doctor I requested to be sent to even though the staff at the blood drawing clinic said it was fine and they would do. Also took forever to get the results when I called 3 times plus had my family dr call they said they didn't have results. Family dr calls like 5th time they say they send it to another doctor and can't send me family dr a copy and don't have anything. Ridiculous public service these people could not even say what test I had or why it took so long or where results were. ********** ******** *** ********** *******

    LifeLab System to have priority for appointments only is wrong. 2 hours to wait for walk-in clients, a specially older who cannot use App or WEB. It cannot be combined, as definitely to truck walk in vs appointment is impossible, people with diabetes cannot to eat in the morning and cannot wait for 2 hours.. LifeLab has to have, maybe, different locations, for walk-in only or appointments only- NO WALK IN..
    To find the spot online can took months ..All is wrong.. The system is for people and if it doesnt work it has to be changed or enhanced.

    Just came from life lab at Kingston in pickering . My girls have very difficult veins , even my veins are very difficult and every time we go it used to be stressful for us but thanks to this pleasant lady”Myrna”. She was very active, professional, helpful, caring and expert in her job. She realized that veins r difficult and kept us involved in her friendly talks and did the job in first prick. Thank you Myrna , you are amazing and we ll always ask for you.

    Location: 12267 Tenth Line #1, Whitchurch-Stouffville, ON L4A 0Y1
    Time and Date: October 5, 2022 @ 9AM.
    The one lady who works the front desk is an absolute ******. (** *** * *********** *** ***** * **** ***** *** *******) Just a horrible horrible lady. She doesn't even say "hello" or make eye contact. ********* **************. The client came in and forgot to bring a mask and she told her "bring your own mask!" (** * **** ***) there was a mask beside her didn't even offer it. Her approach of asking for payments from clients is just very ************** as if they'll run away and not pay. She looks like she hates her job. She is also very hard to understand and gets extremely irritated If asked to repeat herself. I have never witnessed a more unfit individual for any job. Management should look into her employment here. She requires coaching.
