    Worst experience ever; I was a fairly new driver and also new to country
    I haven’t had any experience back home in driving , so didn’t know how instructors function
    Always yelling, as a teacher he should be encouraging instead he demotivates you; always the Sales angle; book 10 sessions, book 5 more though may not require it, **** *** *** **** ******** *** *** ******* *** ** *** ***** **** **** *** ***** ****** ********* ******** ** * ***** *********** he has made me doubt myself. My abilities today I drive well. As I discontinued and that too he refused to pay the amt for driving to exam , when I said services weren’t rendered so he should give me back, this opened a tirade on email with constant ****** ***** *** ****** *** insults, he said as long you don’t put review I’ll pay u half the amt, I **** ****** ** **** *** **** ** ****** *** ***** ** *** *** ***** **** **** **** **** ********* ******

    Truly a horrific experience with this so called driving school. ****** ** *** ***** *** ******** ******* ** ******* **** ******** ** ****** ********** Joseph is not a professional, ** ** *******, he yells *** ******* at you and he refuses to refund your money if you decide not to put up with the *****.
    This driving school needs to be investigated thoroughly.

    I engaged with Driving 101 Driving School and I paid $785.35 for the package on March 26, 2023. I completed the 30 hours of online BDE course but was informed by the school that I had not met the necessary requirements for certification. The instructor, 'Joseph,' initially seemed pleasant but became unresponsive *** **** after I booked the drive test package for $248.60.During my first in-person driving class, Joseph made a comment about my nerves, but this did not bother me.
    In subsequent sessions, Joseph's behavior deteriorated. He was inattentive, used his mobile device extensively, and accused me of being incapable despite my driving experience in India.
    On June 4, 2023, I had to cancel two driving sessions due to a medical emergency. Joseph agreed to the cancellation without charges.
    On June 10, 2023, during a session, Joseph ******** ****** *** interrupted my questions, and accused me of driving under the influence. He continued to send messages and voice notes on his phone while driving.
    He even took control of the steering, brakes, and accelerator forcefully. I felt unsafe and asked him to pull over, eventually leaving the car in an unfamiliar location. I used **** and public transportation afterward, which can be corroborated by records and surveillance footage.
    I contacted the school for a refund due to the instructor's **********, but they offered only a partial refund of $75.74. They threatened me with collections and showed no willingness to address the instructor's misconduct. The school's refund policy appears exploitative, *** ***** ********* ** ** *** ** ********** ** ** ********* ******. I have evidence to refute the accusation of driving under the influence, including testimony from friends, surveillance footage, and **** records.I hope for a fair resolution to this ordeal and wish to prevent others from enduring similar mistreatment at the hands of this driving school.
