    We hired Seventh Heaven Event Catering for our June 2025 wedding and paid around $17,000. While the food was good and some staff were great, we experienced major issues with transparency, communication, and post-event follow-up.

    Leading up to the wedding, invoices were repeatedly revised with unexplained charges, despite asking for clarity, and what was originally included became extra. Our contact didn’t even seem to understand how to explain the invoice, and each looked different. You could tell they weren’t properly filled out as some had breakdowns but the breakdowns didn’t show correct numbers, etc.

    Communication was inconsistent and often unclear. At the wedding, we never received the hors d’oeuvres plate promised for the bride and groom, and only saw two of the several appetizers we selected. Despite asking for ALL leftovers to be sent home with us. We only received two very small boxes (one all fruit), ***** **** ********* ***** **** ** ***. We physically saw desserts and our wedding cake at the end of the night. Our cake topper was also not returned.

    We submitted a detailed complaint on June 19, 2025. They acknowledged it and promised to respond by the end of the next week. After three follow-ups and over five weeks, we’ve been completely ignored.

    We are seeking a partial refund as compensation for the entire experience, including services that were ************** or not delivered, and a formal response explaining the lack of transparency, missing items, and failure to follow through on our complaint.
