            I purchased a 48" professional range. It came damaged and the large oven doesn't work. After finally reaching someone, which was not easy, they agreed to send me the part and the door. After I received the parts, I was told that I was to pay the travel time for the technician to come. I have a product that came not working. They don't authorize anyone in my area. WHY on earth is that my fault? I've argued and argued. No resolution. The technician came today after waiting for them for 3 months. The door they sent, I kept wrapped exactly as they sent it. We did not open it. When the tech opened it today, it is damaged, dented and the handle is broken ! I have tried to put a review on their website. 3 different occasions. I get an email back each time say that the review does not meet their standards. ????. I only bought this brand because the reviews were good. Their reviews are none of the complaints so no one will know poor reviews. HORRIBLE!
