    Overall: very bad. * ***** ********* ****** ***** **** ****** My experience is only related to their location in Waterdown and only related to fruit trees.
    Good things about the nursery:
    1- The quality of their fruit trees is very good and better than almost all other nurseries.
    2- They have a warranty for the fruit trees for 3 years.
    Bad things about the nursery
    1-Their employees are poorly trained.
    2-Terrible customer service
    3-Difficult to replace dead trees during the warranty period. One time it took them 1 hour and a half to replace a dead tree.
    4- Their trees are expensive compared to other nurseries
    5- Difficult to find someone at the nursery to provide you with information. When you find someone, usually he doesn't know anything
    6- Their cashiers can double charge you. Not intentionally but rather due to poor training
