    Purchase of a Little Giant egg incubator Purchase date March 3/ 2023 Item # ***** Paid $247.57 We purchased this item at McClellands Hardware store and have had nothing but headaches The egg incubator has spiked temperatures as well as drop in temperatures thus killing starting all forms of bird development We contacted the McClellans store and spoke to the 1 out of 2 owners about our problem with thier product to draw awareness. This happened in early June **************************************************************************** person for acknowledging and putting a face to the situation at hand.We took the problem to the manufacturing company who shipped us parts after parts after parts- 3 occasions. We replaced the parts that worked with our peticular product/ incubator as they sent some parts that didn't even fit our unit with even having the order information We kept McClellans up to date on the upsetting non productive goings on with the ****** group/ incubator manufacturer through the process.As of the end of October we received more parts for the fourth time for the incubator to again try to resolve the temperature fluctuation problem and went into McClellands to update them on the problematic matter with one of the owners. Because of the time of year and cold settling into the northern communities we were very clear that we wouldn't be doing any hatching until 2024 and stated this at the time. The owner stated well if it doesn't work then just bring it in for a refund. So new parts are bogus and again are faced with a unit that no way should be on the market as the incubator doesn't work properly.Called store/ McClellands the ending days of February and spoke to owner who states now she has to wait to see what her supplier informs what they are willing to do.... We bought milk replacer that was packed taped ripped side down in the truck underweight but paid full price unknowingly to us Sold milk bottle for cows when we wanted for goats
