    Work started perfectly for the first 3 weeks. Then he started to cut corners. 60feet x 3feet mulch garden at the fence. Was to be done with mulch. He used my 4 bags of mulch I had here.well it didn't cover the fabric. It was in contract to get the mulch. 1 ton of river pebbles missing, leaving a visible dip.The small fence from the carport to the yard is another story. **** (the owner) said he had to take it out in order to bring some heavy equipment, and he could not put it back. In contract 1, he was to make a new fence at the end of the carport. Then he says it's too much work and puts it hard way to the deck. Leaving part of the deck open to the driveway that the dogs easily jumps off into the street. He said he would fix the fence, because the door doesn't open. 2nd contract. We'll he didn't do anything. Not even seeds. Paid for 1 ton delivered of stones between 10 to 20 pounds. What I got was stones he went to get at some river and it was far from being 1 ton. I also had to pick up in 3 separate loads 15 bags of smaller stones at 50 pounds each. 200.00$ of perennials that I also didn't get. He started to cut the items in half. Sort of done small parts but didn't actually finish.All this money he wanted, the second contract, it was to be done in 1rst contract (mulch, flowers,)Is the day he got the city contract for the sod. He did admit to me he needed 15% down in order to get the contract. And the day he did get that city contract, was the day he never came back. Although he said he would refund me. I only asked for the 500$ he took that day.He actually owes me around ******** which is low, I have no clue the tons of missing stuff that I paid for and paid for delivery. The items I personally paid for in the stores, I told him to keep the receipts in his file for warranty. **** said I would never have to cut grass or weed. That was to be in the 3rd contract that I obviously didn't get.

    I would like for Bhoss Landcaping and Snow Removal to return the $500.00 received for my order of stones.  He sent a message that he was returning the money, but instead he blocked me from all communications.   Worst of all he didn't even give me the reason for not finishing his work although he was paid in full, and he didn't repair the fence he installed.   I had to call in 2 other companies to fix the landscaping and the fence.

    I first hired BHoss Landscaping Ltd..with *********************************, listed as President and ********* ************** **** listed as Accounting on the Business Card..I am a senior and hired him in good faith and gave him cash payment in the amount of $350 to do a small yard cleanup of grass clippings for which I received a signed receipt in the amount of $350, which workers completed with no problem. When they had finished, I asked him the total amount for lawn cutting for the remainder of this season and he presented the following : "Not a problem weekly cut contract up until the end of October total amount of 450$ plus hst." I agreed to this price and he agreed to start this on the following Friday. I , at that time, gave him cash in the amount of $450 ...for which I received a signed receipt in the amount of $450 (paid in full) He did not show up on Friday and on contacting him on messanger, he said he would come on the Sunday..which he did...On finishing this mowing, I asked he was going to pick up the grass cuttings to which he replied, "That was not included in the price" A this point I told him that he had misinformed me and I told him that I am a senior and unable to rake up grass clippings but that I would pay him for this one cut but did not wish him to continue and I would like a refund of the rest of the $450 money , to which he said, "No problem, I will bring you a refund" He never showed up after this and after reaching out to him on multiple times,, he kept sending excuse after excuse and the last time telling me on June 17th "Good morning. xxxxxx, a cheque will be dropped in the mail box sometime today.'' This also never happened and after more polite requests to him for my refund, he has blocked me and I am unable to reach him any where on line..or by phone...

    I am representing my 81 yr old dad, ****** ******* **** ***** ****** ********* ** ***** ********, as he does not have a computer or Internet! My dad hired Bhoss Snow Removal and Landscaping in the winter of 2022 to remove his snow. They came and did the job paid for with no issues! He again hired them for $350 cash to cut his grass for 2023. They came twice and then stopped coming all together! My Dad tried to contact them by phone and they never answered, which according to other complaints is typical! 5 Weeks later I got involved and sent them a text message (June 24, 2023) pretending to be a potential client. They contacted me right away and asked me what services I needed done! I then told them "I'm interested in you finishing the job you were paid for by my dad. If you can't do it we would appreciate that you pay him back the balance of money remaining for cutting his lawn. They responded by asking for the client's name and address. They sent me the following text, "Just found out the the employee stoped cutting du to to much poop in the yard we appreciate the complaint and will let the office aware with full refund monday.
    Thank you". According to the employee cutting his grass, the poop was not an issue as he had a lawn tractor! Either way they offered a full refund! After speaking to my dad on Wednesday June 28, 2023, I found out that they did not come on Monday! I sent them another text message! I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they might have been busy or forgot, and gave them until 12:00 noon Thursday June 29, 2023. Of course they did not show up or respond, so I am now contacting you! My dad will also be calling CRA this afternoon to make them aware of Bhoss's cash dealings that I am sure he is not claiming on his income tax! Bhoss has multiple reviews on their Facebook page with similar stories of having their money taken and services not provided! They already have one bad review on the ****** ******** ****** for the same thing!
