    We're currently in the middle of a renovation with the support of Polaris Windows & Doors; however, there was a scheduling error that caused a July 22 renovation to be completed today. After speaking to a representative at Polaris, we were asked to let them work because they were getting pressure from the workers who are at our house and that the workers were "mad" at Polaris. We scheduled for July 22 because we had plans today that had to be postponed and cost us money because we were forced to reschedule our own separate appointments. An option to reschedule for July 22, 2023 or any other support would have been great; however, no other solution was offered except for us to let them in and have them continue working.
    The second issue comes with the workers being **** to our entire family including my mother. We also have frustration with the scheduling issue but now the workers are speaking to us as if we're at fault and treating us as if we're responsible for these issues. We don't appreciate how we're being forced to allow these people in our house (we're not just going to ask them to leave with our windows left removed) after the already-poor experience so far.
