      I been paying cricket $60 a month for the last 7 years bound to a 10 year contract. I have never missed a payment. Now The company has refused to come and replace or repair the tank unless I renew the contract for another 12 years. I tell anyone who thinks they are bound to these contract stop payment and get out of these *****.
      Go out and buy own. **** ** *** ******* **** *** someone should but a stop to this.

      September 15, 2022 I fully paid off the water tank agreement and requested confirmation and details of the remaining manufacturer warranty.

      On September 20, 2022 I sent a follow-up email requesting confirmation of the $5,166.10 buyout payment I had sent on September 15, 2022 and asking again for the details of the remaining manufacturer warranty on the water heater.

      All I'm looking for is a confirmation to the emails that I have sent earlier that the buyout has been aknowledge, no rental fees will be charged going forward and I will not be charged or have to deal with this company further. I do request that a copy of the remaining manufacturer warranty be sent to my email as well.
