      I ordered the **** *** car seat online and never received it. When i contacted Toys r Us, after two weeks they basically said they can't replace or refund me since their 'investigation' shows the the delivery taking the route to the delivery address. They couldn't provide me with a picture of the successful delivery or if anyone had signed for it. They did nothing, advised me to dispute the chargers with my credit card. i had to go and re-buy the car seat again from elsewhere - putting me out of pocket.

      I have recently visited the toys r us in Hamilton And I’ve noticed one employee that just made my day Zach is a young man with great manners very pleasant in his greeting and great with kids that came to his register I go there because I collect cards and he has knowledge of that too Just a great young kid u have working there and wanted to share Thanks a lot Zach ur a good young man

      Writing this review to complain about Toys R Us Canada and their Black Friday promotions. I believe the company intentionally ******* customers with a ********** promotion that they never intended to honour. Toys R Us Canada advertised the ***** toy for $59.97 effective 12am Midnight on Thursday 23rd November. ** **** *** *** ** *** *** ** ** ******* ********* **** I stayed up until midnight to purchase online at 12:02am on Thursday 23rd November. I immediately received email confirmation of my order. 8 days later I received an email from Toys R Us Canada on the 1st December stating that they had cancelled my order stating: “Unfortunately, due to issues we are working hard to fix, we are unable to complete your order at this time.” This was extremely disappointing and frustrating. They offered to honour the original price if I could find the item in stock, but by then the popular ***** toy was sold out across Canada. In lieu of this they offered a 10% discount to Toys R Us.       Thank you for the comment/ review. We are unsure why this was only sent to us on Feb 20, 2024. The item you mentioned was a very hot item and unfortunately, we were not able to fulfill all the orders. As indicated in the email you received, we will gladly honor the original price on your order. The item was available once again in early December and would have been received on time for the Holidays. We apologize that we have disappointed you.

      Managers at St John’s store are not given the ability to manage by their superiors. Reasonable customer service is not something that you can expect to find at this store if you have a problem. Managers at this location do not have tools required to manage. *** * ***** **** ***** **** ********** **** ***

      I purchased a car seat from the ToysRus in Etobicoke location back on August 26. I never opened the box and it was supposed to be a gift. When we gave the box to the receiver, we then learned that the receiver did not need the car seat anymore as they already have a car seat. I am left now with this $300+ car seat. I decided to reach out to the corporate office and I spoke to someone. She asked me to provide the original receipt and a picture of the car seat in a box. I sent her a picture of the car seat in a box (sealed), a scanned copy of the original receipt that shows the total amount of the item and I also sent her a screenshot of my bank account which shows the amount of the car seat and the location of the ToysRus where I purchased the car seat. I waited for 2 days and she finally responded and denied my complaint. I need to have this complaint escalated to a higher position staff who actually care about their loyal customers like me. I have always been going to ToysRus to buy stuff not just for my kids but also to the other kids who I am friends with their parents. Like what I have mentioned, I provided a scanned picture of the original receipt, the picture of the unopened box and I also provided a screenshot of my bank account that shows the purchase date and the car seat as well. I am reaching out to the higher position staff of ToysRus corporation, please I need help returning this car seat. I have no use of this and I am not asking to get my money back. I am asking to at least give me like a store credit. I am a loyal customer of this company and I never had issues with the past purchase items. Please if someone can help me. Thank you very much.

      Hi, I went to the toys r us in Sudbury for an item that wasn’t in stock. Vera was my salesperson. She went above and beyond to help me to find what I needed. Showed me how to order it and to get it shipped. She was amazing and very patient. She was very helpful. Thanks Vera!

      Hi, I haven’t received the item I ordered on line from toys r us.ca,and Toy r us canada didn’t do anything! no money back or resend the item . I even suggested to pick the item from store and toy r us canada didn’t accept it!! I paid but didn’t receive my item!!!! such poor customer service and never ever shop again…

      With no customer service phone number, forced to emails and reviews. Ordered a product, ToysRus indicated "Shipped", I waited for delivery until day 9 (of a 6-10 day delivery window). Advised ToysRus via email that order ******** was still showing "shipped". Got a reply email saying the Courier had not picked up the merchandise. I suggested that ToysRus COULD still meet their delivery window (and satisfy a customer) by calling up a same day/over-night courier. They did not. I gave them my phone number in an email so a real person could contact me to help resolve the issue. No phone call after three business days. Asked for a refund and was told they would see "If they would offer" a refund.
      I live 24 kilometres from the Head office, so not in a hard to reach remote locale.
      Seems like pure run around from a company failing to survive.
