Pool Liner order Warranty claims are worthless. I filed complaint the next day after taking delivery/install. They blame/hide the installer the recommended (they only use 3rd party, never disclosed this). They also blame the manufacturer. 3 stake holders Manufacturer (********* ***.) , Installer (*** *****) and retailer (Discount Pool and SPA Barrie franchise)

Missing parts upon delivery and no one willing to own the lack of communication.

There was no communication at all regarding the missing spa pack that was supposed to be included with the hot tub prior to the electrician's installation. I am then forced to buy my own spa pack to be able to proceed with the installation. I request that Discounter's Pool & Spa Warehouse repay the cost of the spa pack and they blatently refuse citing (from an email with one of the managers):

"Good afternoon Alex, as per my previous email we do completely understand your frustration with the situation and the lack of communication you were given about a product that we had hoped to be able to supply. However with that being said and the supply chain still being affected by the pandemic to this day we cannot be held responsible for these such delays, and although we tried any and all options to fulfill your order we unfortunately were unsuccessful sourcing the product from any other suppliers."

This was NOT a supply chain issue. This was a COMMUNICATION issue. This was repeatedly made known to the managers. My electrician was able to supply the spa pack, with enough notice, for the same price as Discounter's. They simply don't want to own their mistake and would rather their unsatisfied customers take the hit.

This aside, the store manage informed me that the company is "in rapid expansion" and is "making money hand over fist" due to the increased volume of orders due to the pandemic. Their business practices are terrible, ********* and they are making money off of our backs.

Placed an order in April 2021. They immediately charged my credit card. Its been 6 weeks. No product. I have called, emailed, filled in forms on their website, reached out via ********. Absolutely no response from anyone in the company. Their site is full of complaints about orders never being received and not being able to make contact with anyone. Its an absolute disgrace!

Ordered a clear thermashield 6 year solar cover for a 16x32 pool. I received a cheap blue and flimsy less than 10 lb cover. It would be lucky to last 1 season. The cover did not even cover the entire pool as it was 6 feet short. I called and left messages and emails to the company and no response. Thankfully for ****** they tried contacting and no response. ****** issued my full refund. I will use this crappy cover for this year and replace it with a cover from a reputable company for next year.
