    We had an audio issue with the door bell camera they couldn't resolve it over the phone. They send the technician, his name was *****. He was professional. He fixed the issue in a very timely manner, also showed me more settings on the app.
    I had to reschedule the appointment as well, all the staff I spoke to were very friendly.

    A dishonest and completely ********** customer service. You pay for a service that doesn’t work and when you attempt to trouble shoot via the phone and it still doesn’t work they refuse to send a technician for help until you pay another quarterly. They say it’s a year contract but have no record of signing contract as the builder said it was only for the first year. They will take your money and be of no service to you at all. *** * **** owned by someone who puts their clients on hold for 3 hours while they claim to be on a conference call and do not return on the phone. ** *** **** ******** **** **** ********
