      They installed a water filtration system in my home. The installers did a very clean job and were very accommodating to my requirements. Would definitely recommend.

      Thanks to LG Home Comfort, our home is now way more energy-efficient. **** **** guided us through the heat pump program and we had a new water heater, furnace, and heat pump installed. Already seeing a difference in our utility bills!

      I had an excellent experience with LG Home Comfort when they installed a new hot water tank and heat pump in my home. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free.
      The installation team was punctual, respectful, and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently, explained the system thoroughly, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. The new equipment is working perfectly, and I’ve already noticed an improvement in both comfort and efficiency.
      Communication with the office was clear and responsive. They walked me through available rebates and financing options, and everything was handled exactly as promised. I appreciated the transparency and professionalism at every step.

      LG home comfort is demanding $1200.00 from me for an uncomplicated very simple removal of a tankless water heater that I excercised my right to return.I could easily have done it myself. It took less than half an hour to remove it entirely. I have paid $790.00 and refuse to pay anymore. The contract did not give a figure for a removal fee. I am now being hounded by a collection agency.

      Hi ******,
      You did request removal within the 10 day period and it was honored. The terms and conditions of the original contract that you signed with us does advise of a removal labour cost. the $1200 plus hst that you were quoted was for the removal of the tankless unit and the reinstallation of your previous unit, including the remodification of the gas lines. This was quoted to you, and accepted in writing by yourself prior to work commencing. When you provided payment to our team, you did not pay the full amount and after trying to reach out to collect the remaining balance on multiple occasions you refused to pay, which is why your balance was sent to collections. Should you wish to have the file removed from collections and settle the balance please feel free to call our office.

      1. The undue haste to commit me to the contract violated my rights under the law to a time period "cooling down" which gave me the opportunity to reconsider the purchase.
      The installation crew was waiting in my driveway before I signed the contract. They magically appeared.
      2. You removed my existing rental water heater and took away all of the fittings that were in operation and working perfectly. Where are my connection fittings that you removed, No modification was necessary.
      3.The contact for removal does not specify any fee. The fee is therefore negotiable and not unilaterally and arbitrarily fixed by you. I would not have signed the contract otherwise.
      4 I never signed any agreement to pay you $1200.00 to remove your appliance.
      5.I have paid you $790.00 which any reasonable thinking person would agree is more than enough to compensate you for the privilege of giving you the opportunity to sell me an appliance which failed to meet my expectations. $790.00 is the equivalent of THREE YEARS AND THREE MONTHS of my water heater rental which will now cost me $1580.00. NO MORE.I have paid you enough with nothing to show for it.

      I reached out to LG Home Comfort from an ad on ********. They came and looked at my situation (on demand combi boiler replacement) and said they would provide a quote. The original person did not get back to me. After requesting an update to the quote 3 times his alleged boss *** reached out to me and said he would get right on it. He had me take pictures etc. I had to reach out to him 2 weeks later again! It has been 2 months and they never got back to me AT ALL. Not even to tell me they weren't interested. They ghosted me. Great customer service boys. I'll never ask for another quote from this company.

      I signed up for a tankless water heater, RO system and Water softener in October 2024. I was promised by the sales guy to receive a cheque so that I could pay my previous water heater provider and close off that account. It’s been more than 2 months and I still haven’t received that cheque. I’ve been calling constantly and each time I’m given a different story. Nobody is taking accountability for dropping the ball. *** ** ******** I’m still paying LG and my old rental company simultaneously. This is a huge loss to me. This is ********* *** unfair. ** **** ** ********** *** ***** ************ The sales person did a great job though. I need to be compensated for my loss right away.

      I got the water softener installed from LG Home confort. The sales guy sold me this unit for a ridiculous amount and I paid in full without researching much about this company. Within 12 hours of signing the agreement, I realized my hasty decision and called to cancel my installation. I was told i had to pay the restocking fee which is ridiculous (25% of the product amount paid). They have this in stock and never ordered for me specifically. The product magically wont appear in a day from the manufacturer. I didnt have a choice and negotiated to get a cheque for little money back from the sales guy. They haven't mailed my cheque back yet and never responded to my emails. I sent message to the sales rep and he said he will send in 4 weeks. While taking money, they do it right away but for paying back my money, they take this long.
      Secondly the installation itself. It was a ****** job with second grade quality pipes. The guy who came to install didnt have any prior plumbing experience and neither installed a softener before. He cut my main kitchen line without analyzing everything and patched it. He ran new connections with improper couplings increasing the risk of leak to my basement.
      Overall **** *** *** * **** ******* ** **** **** *** I had very bad experience.

      Hi *******, just to clarify you were not quoted a restocking fee. The fee that was quoted to you was for the work to remove the softener and redo the plumbing. We do advise customers of a 4-6 week timeframe to receive a cheque which is fairly standard when you take into account processing and mail time, however in this case we have processed a refund back to your credit card. Please be advised that this takes 8-10 days to show on your card based on the type of card you have and bank you are with.

      The biggest purchase mistake I've ever made in my life was buying from them. A hasty decision that now I am suffering with and my biggest regret. They promised me 3 things as incentives to sign up with them and they did not follow through on any of their promises: a snowstand for the air conditioner, pay my closure fees to let me out of my previous contract with the previous company I was with, and a $1000 cashback cheque hand to me personally. I've contact them multiple times and it has been 3 months now! The management is uncooperative or doesn't even get back to me like they said they would. Several times they even have said "we will take care of it" and they still do nothing. I am taking legal action and filing a consumer report because they did not fulfill their end of the deal. ******** *** **** **** ************* You have to escalate things to management only to be ignored and not resolve anything at all. I realized this company is actually just as expensive or even MORE EXPENSIVE than ******** because ******** was charging 20k for a furnace, AC, and tankless WH on a 15 year contract, meanwhile this company is charging 20k for all 3 machines on a 20 year contract with interests! So at the end of the amortization term, you actually pay 27k! They just pretend that they are cheaper because their amortization period is longer so they can lower the monthly payments, ***** ** *********** *********! ********* ** ******* ****** *** * ******** *** **** *** **** *** **** ** **** ******** ***** *** ******* ** *** **** ********** *** *** ****** **** ********* ********* ******** ** *** * **** ** ******* ***** *** ***** ********* *** ****** **** *** *** **** ******** *** **** ********** This company charges double of what the market value is! **** ****** ******.       The only issue that you have shared with our team was in regards to the purchase incentive cheque for $1000. This cheque was mailed out to you, it was never promised to be hand delivered, and a member of your household cashed it. You demanded a new cheque from us which we are unwilling to do. In regards to the cost of your equipment, you were offered a custom solution to your home and the cost of which is comparable to other companies offering the same installation and brands.       Everything you said in your response is false. I was indeed promised the cheque to be hand delivered - I have proof of it. And I did bring up to multiple people on your team about the other issues and was continuously let down. And your costs of the equipment are not comparable at all to other companies offering the same installation and brands. Your prices are an absolute *** *** and that's a fact. And at this point, I've already gotten fed up and tired of calling your office and dealing with your company after so many attempts.
