i ordered two remotes from these guys . One does not work after one month . I paid over 100 dollars for the two remotes. The one that stopped working was 30 dollars . The express shipping was 30 dollars alone 20 for regular shipping. I phoned there toll free number and explained the remote stopped working . The guy that answered the phone told me to ship it back and they would look at it. I told him i would be out another 20 dollars if i shipped it back and the remote cost only 30 dollars. He didnt care and said what do you want me to do if you dont ship it back. He never offered to cover the shipping or anything he just said i have to go i have a customer. ** *** ****** **** *** **** ** ********** **** *** ****** *******. They dont back what they sell thats for sure. Well the bottom line is im not going to pay for shipping thats almost the same cost as the remote. He tried to tell me to ship it the cheapest way lol 20 dollars is the cheapest way. Whoever might be reading this and has any concerns about this company i would think twice about dealing with these guys . Im covinced there product that they sell is junk .I figured id save some money by ordering from these guys but i guess i should have ordered from *******. I hope my other remote i purchased from them lasts and doesnt conk out to.
